First of all, I would leave Zero Stars if I could! Comcast is the WORST internet company I have ever dealt with. I will never go with them again. They are a complete joke! Stay away at all costs!!! Go with anyone but them! My experience: First, the equipment was promised on a certain date, but I received it 3 days after the promise date! And that was after several calls to complain. They kept putting it on the shippers and when I called the shippers, they informed me that they never got the package until the day it was suppose to arrive to my house. Once I received the package, the modem for the internet didnt work and the installer who was suppose to come to my house b/w 10-12 in the morning, never came, never called and claimed he came and I wasnt home. I was home all morning waiting on these clowns. Then after several calls and hours on the phone with Technical support, they promised someone would be there by 6pm. This wasted my whole day. I had to put off a lot of work to wait for these idiots!!!! 6pm came and went, no installer! Then I called them and they kept hanging up on me, when I would ask for a supervisor, they said one would call me back and never did. If you are interested getting your internet/cable tv installed weeks after promise date, then go with Comcast! As for me, I called At&t and they were able to get me internet and tv the NEXT day! I have had Charter internet, Brighthouse, Time Warner and never had such an issue! I will never deal with ComTRASH or TrashFinity ever again and I would recommend any reader to stay away from them at all costs!!!! Buyer Be Ware!

I just signed back up with Comcast. First it took 5 hours to hook up my DVR. Then the next day I was running through my package and they hooked up the basic package of 80+ channels when I requested the 140+ channels. I called to fix the issue after I checked the 140+ lineup again. After talking to Tech Support, I was sent to the sales dept. The sales department has the most rudest customer service department I have ever dealt with. They could care less about my issue and just tried to sell me phone and security services. Then said I should get DIY and sent me back to tech support and said it was a technical issue. Then tech support said that it was not part of my package. Comcasts advertisements are shady and are just trying to get you locked in. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

every single time i am required to interact with comcast i have an incessant urge to have someone smash my head repeatedly with a sledge hammer. the worst customer service bar none. calls dropped constantly. calls transferred incorrectly. multiple departments that dont work together in any way and know nothing of the other departments. foreign call service people who barely speak english and mumble. service reps hanging up. automated call answer service that prompts you to pick options and once you pick them it hangs up. dead ends on their automated answering. if i sat here longer i could make this review a few pages but they have wasted plenty of my time as is.

Fast and easy service in the store. Just wish I could say the same about their coverage. I have had 4 different outages in the span of 2 days. I was not notified of issues and I asked for information on how to find out if there are outages in my area when I called in. The representative tried to sell me more of their product. I am considering canceling and she thought I would buy more? I found that funny, but let her talk about the new bundle they had going. Very friendly, but they dont really care that I was upset about the outages. I understand things happen, but it would be nice to be told more information or at least told that the outage was not planned.

Ever pay someone for them to not do a job? Thats what having Comcast is like, paying them to not provide you internet. Constant, unpredictable drops, slow speeds despite having a what should be good plan. When you call them to tell them you cant connect, they offer you a "better package" at a low price and say that you will be essentially paying less. In reality what happens is it gets better for a few months and then gets worse than before and you payed more for the "better package". All that, is after you manage to get a hold of someone. Completely and utterly terrible.

Comcast customer service, tech support, and sales are all complete morons...I have been trying to get information from them and my package and I honestly feel like Im playing a childs game of tag Im being bounced from one rep to another just to be told they cant help me...if it wasnt for the great internet Id stay away from Comcast...beware to future customers Id highly recommend the internet its great, however when you decide to get it be prepared to talk to monkeys for the rest of your day Im serious these people are useless

Didnt even want to give them a one star honestly. Rude and inattentive. Said he couldnt tell me why my cable was working because he was in training, after I waited in line ten minutes with my daughter about ready to pee her pants cuz they wouldnt let her use the restroom for five seconds. Told me to drop my old receiver in the drop outside. Well, it caught my hand and dropped my phone in with it, went to tell them and none of the three people even looked up. Im done with Comcast after today. Ive never had such worse service.

This company as a whole is a complete joke. Populated by 100% complete morons. They should be ashamed of themselves. How long can they continue to f-over all their customers, before the govt steps in and shuts them down. They are down right evil....they dont give a crap about any of their customers. If its possible to hate a company in its entirety, its this one. This Britney person who left a 4 star review is either stupid, or works for the company....which would also make her stupid....so I guess we have our answer.

So far this company is a complete joke as stated in the comment below me. Employee lied about showing up to my house to install services (he never showed up and reported that he did) and the customer service guy on the phone had two (yes TWO) system crashes while trying to update my account. Im seriously laughing out loud as I type this. Unfortunately its the only net offered in Visalia. Charter needs to come in and put a stop to this awful internet monopoly Comcast has started out here. Please save us Charter!!!

Comcast SUCKS!!!!!! They double our bill without consulting us and then when we go to change our bill they no longer offer the speed we have now so we either have to pay outrageous amounts of money for a high speed we dont need or pay MORE than what we were paying for the slowest speed they have. All we need is internet and we are being told we have to pay the price of almost internet and cable. Its bull s--t. Comcast has constantly screwed me out of money over the years. They are a horrible service.
