This company has gotten worse over the years!!! Im kicked off my internet about 10+ times a month, now Im trying to log in to pay my bill and it say "unable to find data connection" but Im writing this & says I have no account or user name doesnt exist now my email account doesnt exist either but have been with this s#%t company over 5yrs!!!! You tell me how wonderful they are!!! I see for myself that they are NOT!!!! Worst cable company ever!!! Oh they credit my bill 9 cents for my cable going out for 5 hes. New answer to why no picture " theres been a outage in your area, we can call you at 8am to let you know if its back on!" WHAT?!?!?! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! Marty

Do yourself a favor and do not do phone business with Charter. Ive had an auto repair shop in Ventura for 23 years, after switching to Charter Business (the field salesman who came by was very nice) our phone system has been down twice - for the entire day. All contact with my clients and vendors was done on cell phone and the credit card machine which uses a phone line was also inoperative. When I called Charter, I got a message that they are aware of the problem. What terrible quality and customer service. Im switching back to AT&T

The LAN line is GREAT! 6MB/SEC. No blackouts for 8 years that I have had the cable. Of course, I have Dish Network for TV. Cable TV takes a long time to change a channel after one clicks, Dish changes like instantly. I ordered the phone modem [to scrape off the AT&T crooks, my experience: double billing, etc.] and it worked very well. Until it would not ring the number I called for 20 seconds. One needs to call them every few years to goose the phone so it rings sooner.

I wouldnt give them a star if I could. Theyre terrible. Multiple times a day my internet is down. Were supposed to have the fastest and its super slow. Also, my cable box has had to been replaced seven times and its not working still. Our wifi is supposed to handle five device, and most of the time cant handle two. This was a major decision for our move. We are moving and this a major reason.
