appauled today I was lied to in order to get service connection over a year ago and had dealt with a supervisor name Alex Scott months ago. Well I asked him for the number to ther corporate offices in New York and totally denied me the information yet when I told him I would file a complaint about him he enjoys telling me that my call with him was not recorded. And earlier I received a call from a Glenda in that same office and she was so rude and when I asked her name she Studdard and was thinking what to say...This company is despicable and commit fraud in order to get customers. Not trustworthy and most certainly do not care...When I added service they promised me a list of channels with adaptors that do not cost much as an hd box but then they came and connected my service but no channels. "They lied". Thats when I spoke to Alex Scott from the executive team they sent someone out to switch the adapters with boxes but now after a year want to charge me for them after I was told I would not be charged. Worst customer service experience of my life dealing with Time Warner (Spectrum as of 9/20/16). Went in to Chatsworth store with the simple request to close old account (due to death of account holder) and open a new account at same address in our name. We were told no problem, issued new equipment, and now 24 hours later have been told by no exaggeration...20 different service reps that neither was the old account closed, but no new account was set up properly. I have spent a collective 3 hours on the phone with their excuse for customer service in the last 24 hours. They transfer your call multiple times to their various sales, tech support, retention, and you have to repeat yourself to each one because all they want to do is pass the buck. Shame on, Time Warner/Spectrum. For such a massive company, charging such absurd rates each month, youd think they could provide capable and courteous customer service. Instead, youre left feeling like a nuisance that they just want to get off the phone....

I went there to inquire about their latest packages because there was a new offer I saw in their website. This guy EFREN that was suppose to help me sounded impatient from the first word that came out from his mouth. I was asking him about a promo but he answered so sarcastically and rude and even tried to shut me from saying what I wanted to do with my plan. All he does was to look on his watch. My husband was also helping me explain to him what we wanted but he told my husband that he only wanted to speak with me. So we ended up asking for another employee to help us. Then we found out that he was about to go to lunch. Theres no excuse to treat your customers rude if your about to go to lunch. We ask for this person in-charge, Alex Cuevaz and Supervisor, Anthony Gutierrez to talk to but didnt even bother to come out. I hope Spectrum will re-train these employees for proper customer service.

Today, had Alfred from the Topanga Cyn, Chats office. He did Spectrum proud. Great customer service during these issues, but he checked my personal equipment, that I thought was fussing, and made sure all was working great...and even tried a few tricks to help them run more efficiently.... He was sweet, and remembered me from years past.... It was a pleasure to see him, again, and he, was very helpful. Especially, ...after working overtime and climbing around my building, kept a great attitude, and went, above and beyond. He got stuck doing the tough job, climbing, on the building, and doing the rewire, that may have not been needed, but now, is done, after first tech Timothy, had come, and blew it off. Octavio also great doing inside connect, but Alfred did both, inside and outside. Very excellent customer service!!! Thank you, Alfred.

There is nothing good about this TWC and now Spectrum. Nothing has been changed for poor customers, literally. Only name. Just look at reviews which will start with words: ZERO stars. This is so typical yet another cable RIP OFF company with interest in only one thing. Bite and bill. Rude customer service, long lines in their offices, absolute inability to solve any problems and of cause not to mention their prices HIKE and HIKE and HIKE. Non stop. With their so called basic internet service with only 3 mbs is absolutely useless, unless you are willing to pay big bucks for overpriced service. Simple formula seems working for them, either have miserable internet service or pay $$$. It will be soon that they will be back to dialup service just to insure that there are no alternatives to their premium services. What a rip off.

I thought AT&T had the worst customer service until I tried to add home phone with TWC (advertised for $10 month). Ive been waiting for a modem to be shipped for over a month now and they cant seem to figure it out why the order keeps getting cancelled. Called 3 separate times spending more than one hour on the phone and another hour chatting online and was transferred to four different TW reps each time. Would love to post the transcript on FB - it was ridiculous. Those sales people love to sign your up for the latest promotion but dont really care what happens afterwards. Needless to say, never received the modem and still dont have home phone and Im not too sure I want it with TW anymore. I heard Direct TV is the way to go -- does anyone know if cable/internet works well in the Chatsworth area.

I guess Im mot the first or last giving a bad review to this place, probably they dont care about their costumers and for that instead of working to get better they get worse... So I whent to make a payment and I ask if I can pay with coins some a part of my bill the guy at the window said yes I have my coin sored and grapt in corresponding official coin grapers, the suppervisor got involved and said that if he take the coins he have to count them, I said that is not a problem, then supervisor said this is not a bank, I said Im just paying and money is money, suppervisor reply that coins are not money are coins ( do you guys request at least hight school diploma to hire supervisors?) any way since coins are not money to him I was not going to leave them as donation or what ever he think coins are ...

I hate TWC with a burning passion. Their service is horrendous, they are inadequate at helping me with my questions/problems, and I cant use the internet for anything other than just casual browsing because it is so ridiculously slow. God forbid on my day off I want to watch Netflix, well thats too bad because TWC gives me a big middle finger and tells me to screw off and takes my money and provides me with nothing but loading screens and crappy quality video that lags every 5 seconds. I wish I could switch to Verizon, but unfortunately they kicked me off of my plan, against my wishes, after I had to move to chatsworth. I just dont understand how it is so hard for a large internet and cable conglomerate like TWC to get a basic thing like stable internet down in order to please its consumers.
