I decided on Spectrum when I moved to Port Hueneme two years ago, then it was called Time Warner. I ordered TV, internet, and phone, since as I live by the beach. it appears cell service is almost non-existent. I pay over $165 a month for this luxury. I have had issues with the TV and internet ever since I moved in. I am in a 1,000 sq foot condo, and it appears the wifi is not strong enough to go more than a few feet from the router/ modem located in the front hall. I have been bed ridden due to major illness for awhile, but can not use any equipment in my bedroom as the internet service does not go that far...in fact, the wifi service barely covers all the living room area. Forget about using Amazon Echo or Amazon Echo dot because all you get is that they cannot connect to the internet. I purchased a TV for the bedroom which has internet capability so I can go online while resting in bed, and that does not connect. I have had it with this company, and advise anyone with a home larger than a tin can not to use Spectrum...I am contacting Direct TV and ATT, and see what they can do for me that Spectrum appears unwilling to....

Just when you thought big business couldnt get greedier. FCC said they couldnt force customers to lease their modems, so they raised all the rates and include a "free" modem. The have a "plan" to help seniors with their bill, but only if they arent customers yet. Translation: if your 80 year old mother cant afford 60.00 bucks a month, even though she had paid her bill faithfully for the last 20 years, she might be able to shut off her internet for 30 days so she can qualify. Other than that, she is SOL. Now consider that they had 8 billion dollars in debt "forgiven" and things really start to take shape. Guess who actually footed all that lost money...yah...

Internet goes down many times a day. The cable goes out a couple times a month. Everything is overpriced. They drastically mislead you. And their equipment is terrible. You were warned. The only thing Ill say in their defense is that all these were Time Warner problems when Spectrum took over. But nothing has been fixed.

I tried to call ahead to find out if they had what I wanted in stock and its not an option. When you do get customer service on the phone they can neither confirm or deny anything including the location. With Time Warners switch over to Spectrum theres bound to be some confusion this was just another disappointment
