On my first visit, the wait was over an hour. During this visit, I found out, I could make an advance reservation. I made it for the next day. The rep, operator 430 (unfortunately, I did not get his name) assisted me. I was exchanging a DVR, because it was not working properly. I had a Samsung model, which had the latest format. He gave me a Motorola model. Since I had a Motorola device a few years ago, I asked if this was a new device that would have the latest format. He said it was older than the Samsung, but he didnt have a newer device to give me. I specifically asked if it would have the latest format. He ensured me it would. He even showed the format on a big screen and asked if this is what I had. Since he literally showed me the latest format, I thought I could trust him. When I connected it, it was NOT the latest format or the format he showed me on the screen. It was the old, out dated format. Its bad enough that Time Warner/Spectrum does not have a DVR device that allows you to record more than 2 shows at the same time (Direct TV allows 5 or 6), but the old format/box also has limited recording hours. The newer box at least allows longer recording hours. I went to this store, because I thought it would be faster then waiting for a house call. But this was not the case. I now have to wait for a home service rep to replace the box. At least this way, I can make sure I get the latest equipment. With the prices customers have to pay, I think its very sad and disappointing that we have to even ask for updated equipment... especially when their updated equipment is outdated compared to other cable/satellite companies. Bottom line, the time I spent going to this store was a waste of time and that the rep, operator 430, basically lied to me.

went to spectrum for cable to turn on may 13. Didnt get appt for install, got a setup kit. working with spectrum on phone assistance, the men helping suggested I wait for my son to set up. I alone got it to work somewhat. Today june 23 cable man fix my mismash of wires. STILL second tv NOT setup. With me here he still wouldnt put required box in. Oh but telephone finally working. Still same issue NOT FIX which is WHY in first place why he came. UPDATE 2nd guy came to hook up cable, ran the wires, but if he used a box from his car it will cost installation. EXCUSE me this entire time 6 spectrum associates to finally say pick up box urself or we charge. Oh . And I will because of medical issues. No second box, I got Netflix loving it. I came here just to drop off a box and had to wait at least an hour. The reps are rude and when I made a suggestion of opening up 2 separate lines for people just dropping off boxes the employee rudely said whats the point of doing that. The whole time he wouldnt even make eye contact and was just rude. I came early in the morning and the wait was jist as long. Horrible just like the customer service on the phone.

Horrible experience with their customer service. Not one of their customer service reps know what they are talking about. They lie about promotions and deals. They dont show up for appointments and do not bother to call you to tell you they are not coming. I rather not have any kind of cable than to deal with Time Warner again!

Place is jam packed , everyone returning their equipment since Spectrum hiked up the prices. Worker that was at the sign in sheet didnt even offer to help, not even a word out of her mouth. Had to figure out the sign in process on my own. Horrible location, horrible provider. ATT is never this way.

Very bad customer service. Attendants not polite and not helpful , did not help me with the service , made me come back twice to the location to install a cable box and eventually did not get it to work at all...planning to get another service provider ..Not recommend it to anyone.

Only 3 of 7 registers open. Just wanted to drop off equipment. Was told 20-30 mins wait. That was 20 minutes ago and there are 10 people ahead of me still; only moved 4 spots in 20 mins. Most people are here to pay their bills and customer service. Go to a different location!!!

I went in to get a new remote and ask about changing my service. It seemed packed when I opened the door. I almost left but decided to stick it out. Glad I did. The line went amazingly fast and the service was wonderful. Very pleasantly surprised.

I counted more than 50 people packed into this place. I was #23 in line to simply drop off a piece of equipment. There were 7 customer service stations, only 3 of which were in use. Apparently this is business as usual here.

Take too long just to drop equipment and there once 2 cashier Open and couple people helping to sing in for service helping to sing in not necessary is more important doing customer service on the desk

Worst place ever. Only had to drop off my TWC Internet router and for that I would have to stand in line for 1 hour. Just incredible. Im even happier now that I switched service.
