geeze, I guess I wasnt the only one experiencing Poor Customer service from Charter! I recently added a land line to my internet and it started effecting my internet services. Issues started arising one after another, so lets start with the guy that came over to set it up for me. He walked in with his dirty shoes and started scoping out my place. Thats when i started to get a bit nervous being the only person in the house with just him. He started commenting about a lot of random things in my house and just made me feel super uncomfortable. I was hoping he would get in and out of the house, but he was literally there for over 2 hrs. He said this should of been a 10 minute process but apparently people over at charter had some sort of issue and he ended up finally splitting up my land line and internet. Regardless the process really shouldnt have took that long - the issue obviously didnt stop there. The internet stopped working around the house and my phone line actually shut off a couple of times. I ended up calling them and after unplugging and than replugging everything it started to work again..Thought my problem ended there? ...no! I have to call overseas as part of my job and in the middle of 3 waying Alanta,Gerogia and China ..China phone called didnt work? I ended up calling Charter again and it turned out they never gave me instruction about specifics ! ( must press *250 ) shouldnt this instruction be given after I made my purchase??!? I was finally fed up and asked to speak to a supervisor, 3 days past and no phone calls, 3 days later I am still dealing with the same issues! I finally called them again and asked about my issues and also for why a supervisor havent yet called me back ?! At this point they told me some cockandtooly bull that their supervisor was out of town and will be calling me back. IT is now 4 weeks since that call and still NO supervisor phone call! I am so disappointed in their customer service I dont even know what else to say.

I have been having a modem issue for about a month. I called the customer service center to see if they could send me a replacement router and Renee was just plain unhelpful. She told me it would take 7-10 days to ship out a replacement. She was no help. I stopped by this location and it was not busy. Ray came right up and asked if I was returning or replacing. I said replace and in less than 5 minutes he swapped out my modem for a newer one scanned everything and I was out the door. Came home and installed the new one and my internet was back. I wish all the employees were like Ray. 5 stars for this location and 0 stars for Renee at customer care.

Johnny will rip you off! (hes the fat Asian man in his late 40s) He lies about the promotion and when you see the bill its from 60$ to $140. SCAMMERS! Dont get CHARTER Cable Deals! Especially with Johnny! Im so angry I just want to toss my two cable box at him! I should have just stayed with Internet of 60$. Now Im stuck with a bill of $280 within 2 month period. Please save your time and energy and dont come here! I hate making bad reviews but its unfair to what he did to me. Its wrongful. I need to find time and return everything. You guys lost a good customers who been with you for over 20 years! SCAMMERS!

I had a bad experience with Spectrum when they came to service my home the technician was incompetent and lazy. He didnt want to drill holes in the wall, the floor, and he called his supervisor and lied to say we didnt want him to go up to the pole because it was raining. The next day two other guys came and put the cable and internet on. The boxes, remotes, and software are prehistoric. We switched to Directv and ATT and got all new receivers and modems for less than what charter was charging us. I wouldnt recommend this company.

If you can find some other internet providers in your area, dont select them, honestly. These cable internet always go on and off. You never know when it gonna disconnect again, what worse is this will keep showing for the whole day, whole weeks, whole months. Even you call the technician to come and check it, they only can tell you everything is OK. Thats not OK! You can find nore video on YouTube about this problem.

I had chartered for about 3 years and then cancelled to get DirecTV and AT&T internet. The worst time ever was service with DirecTV and Charter and AT&T. Needless to say I went back to Charter and it was the best decision. In spite of them having problems with their tech support and their pricey Services its still the best for the area in San Gabriel Valley.

The internet disconnects for 1 - 2 times every month on average, 1 hour - 12 hours outage each time. Today I walked in to return their equipment, the clerks face looks like shiiit. The clerk said Not even 1 word during the whole return process....this is how they treat customers. Worst experience for a very long time.

These guys seriously need to invest in a street sign. I wasted 20 mins of my life trying to find where the shop is in this strip mall (its the 3rd door on the left when you are facing the Wells Fargo). The only indication that Charter has an office there is a small white logo on the glass door.

People here have very bad attitude and they refuse to change the account name for me because I didnt bring the other party here. But they said its okay on the phone! Why didnt they just let me know at first place? Wasted one hour on the way here.

It so garbage in my area... spontaneously disconnects internet connection and never a full strong connection. There was once a time when charter was hailed as the best internet... now it is utter garbage not even worth a star.

Quick service over anyone else weve had in the last few years, my kids are very happy with the kids cartoons and internet speeds are fast, I would give charter a 5 out of 5 stars.
