Left AT&T uverse for cheaper monthly rates....its true when people say "you get what you pay for." Thought I was doing something financially beneficial when I switched to Charter but it has been nothing but chaos and trouble since switching to them. Very disappointing and disheartening. Internet doesnt work in all rooms or stops working all together, no one can hear me on my home phone when I call them or vice versa, cable freezes or resets the box continously. Tried calling for help but same answer or response from the representatives. Now being told to buy an extender? Why should I have to do that? Just going to have to switch back to AT&T uverse but really dont want to. Thank you Charter for the trouble.

Even though the it dept on the phone told me what was wrong, the router died, the girl at the Spectrum store argued with me, said what I had was a combo router and modem, when I told her I had a modem at home that was still ok she said I must have bought that one, when I DID NOT. Was issued by charter! I finally just gave in, got a new router and separate modem, and was charged $5 a month for the modem, as apparently she did not believe I already had a modem from your company!

Today suppose to had a installation, and Fernando came (mind you I got a call and said the techs anme was Jesus) to do the install, he goes out side and said their was a problbem he was not sure if he could install the cable, he told me to wait. Well I waited and after one and half he did NOT come back or call. Furthemore, when I calle the Riverside office it was a automatic voice that keep circling. I never got anyone on the phone. POOR SERVICE!

Absolutely unprofessional!! When I went to return my equipment (because we were dissatisfied with service) the doors were locked at 4:59pm when they were supposed to close at 5:00pm. Instead of being kind and letting me in, a female employee wagged her finger at me, not allowing me in. Then another employee came to the door and yelled "the doors automatically close at 5:00pm". So glad we discontinued service!

Internet fails frequently, I have to keep resetting my modem. Tried calling Customer Service but no help. They suck! I switched from ATT U-Verse to Charter, because ATT is way too expensive, but I might have to switch back, at least their internet didnt go down all the time. In fact, they have good internet. Bottom line, Charter sucks. I guess I will be switching back to ATT.

This place just opened recently, I guess! I just dropped off my modem and swapped hoping it was a new one but it was just a better one but refurbished. I was hoping to get a new one like the arris 6190 which was online but they only had a handful in the store. Anyway, hope they can update the old address along Central avenue soon so other people wont be lost.

Great speeds, great uptime, willing to work with you on a new discounted package when yours expires. Customer service isnt always the best or most helpful and wait times are long, but if youre reasonably skilled with IT you usually dont need to call them too often.

I wonder why they keep remotely resetting my internet modem. Specially during prime time or sports coverage. This is unacceptable. I have to cancel my subscription if they will not stop doing this.
