I had internet, cable and phone. Lousy reception tv picture would pixelate, voices would be off, couldnt get many of the channels I was paying for, couldnt get on the internet for hours at a time. I had to have them come out constantly. I finally gave up. Service rep told me I was to far from the junction. I was under contract for two years with lousy service. It is up today and I am canceling everything except basic service. When I get back from vacation I will probably go to a dish.

changed the service from me to renter and it all went as it should have....customer care representative are professional, or at least Michael from Desert Hot Springs was knowledgable, responsible and responsive. No problems and it was done in a matter of minutes. I have nothing but good things to say about TWC. They are the best.

I would not recomend TW to my worst enemy!I have been paying them for 3 years phone, cable,internet It cost me around 4800.00 with no credit and it still does not work.they need to be shut down or a class action law suit.beware of marcas,lily,linda they need to be replaced, this is a start.

Didnt have internet for a week they said I had strong signal was being charged for a week with no internet and when the worker arrived he said I had too many cables connected to the modem how stupid is that when theyre the ones who connected it

Its been a week without reliable internet, had the school semester been running I wouldnt be able to complete my online assignments and now I have been penalized in my favorite game for disconnecting in the middle of a match too many times

Customer service is ok. The cost for the cable is outrageous. We joined the growing number of people who are cutting the cable. Good bye TWC.
