This is a horrible company. They will put you in a 3 year contract. BE CAREFUL!!! I have a business and we used this service for about 1 month. In that month we had 2 outages that were over 1 day. Then one day we went out for over a week. They had technicians come to our site but they couldnt get our service working. We had to cancel their service because they couldnt get it to work for over 2 weeks. Now they are trying to collect for the entire 3 year contract when they couldnt provide a working internet service. I know a lot about networking and their lead techs in Nebraska dont even know what they are doing. They dont know how to properly configure a static IP. Watch out and dont do business with this company unless you have no other choice. Their local tech was great but our problem was out of his control, but he said that he has to deal with situations like this all of the time.

my mother has had this provider for a few months now and the internet sucks, it gets to the point where it doesnt even work, the cable picture is very cloudy and some days the some channels wont work, she has had the guy come and check on the internet 3 times and the last time he came the main people from this company suggested just to look for another provider, WHO DOES THAT? i do not recommend anyone getting this provider.

Worst service known to man kind! Customer service is either disingenuous or oblivious to the know issues of intermittent speeds and frequenct lack of connection. I feel terrible for the tech that are subjected to filtering daily service calls for a system that clearly does not work. This is prime example of a corporation that does does not value their customers, subsequently they will go out of business.

Cable TV is NOT HD. No channels are even offered in HD, except for 3 TBS that as of this review were not yet "available". I had significant problems getting satisfactory internet connections and extremely weak wireless. It took techs 3 trips with 3 different routers over 2 months to get it right. Tech are good, but company service and offerings do not justify prices.

Horrible, Im supposed to be getting 10-12 mbs but instead Im getting 5 on a good day. I called and all they told me is they will call be back with more information. Ive called 3 times now with no response. Overal horrible internet with horrible customer service. If you have another option for Internet take it.
