Time Warner has the worst customer service. Their idea of "Customer Service" is laughable. Every time I call to ask for information, somebody doesnt know the answer and then when they check to find out they usually give you wrong information.Something as simple as their hours of operation at the Coronado office results in getting two different answers from two different "Customer Support Staff".Even when they know they have a engineering issue they won"t ever admit it. They insist on always dispatching a repair tech even if its the same problem! Thank goodness the Field Repair Techs are so Professional.They always tell me straight up what the problem is and why they can"t fix it. Its nice when somebody is just honest with you! The Field Techs are the real backbone of Time Warner .Those "idiots" who answer the phones should be made to go out with the Field Tech Repair guys for a week and see how things really are.I guess when you have the exclusive rights to half of the city you dont have worry about "Customer Service". I hope ATT comes in and cleans Time Warners Clock! Nothing like real competition to force a Company to take Customer Service seriously! Lakerman

Went to take my modem back to the location in Coronado. The lady was nice enough, but obviously didnt know what she was doing. She scanned my modem, then proceeded to tell me that it wasnt theres. I only have one modem in the house, and it came from Time Warner *boggle* She wrote down the serial number of the modem that I was supposed to have according to their records. I took the paper, and left, pretty mad. It wasnt until I got home that I read the paper and the serial number on the modem I tried to return....THEY WHERE THE SAME! *sigh* Now I have to take another trip over to these guys...poor customer service indeed!

Ive actually had very good service with this office. The problem is when you have to deal w/ TWCs central office. Heres what happened. We had so much trouble with the TWC TV that I cancelled. The following month charges kept appearing for the TV in spite of fact that TWC guy had come to disconnect TV and collect DVR, remote etc. Called TWC. Took 2 l-o-n-g calls without correction until I finally got to a Supervisor, who handled the matter efficiently. So 5 stars for the local office, 1 star for the central office = 3 stars.

Went in to return the equipment and there was a guy in front of me asking a million questions. The receptionist did not greet me and acted like I wasnt even there. So rude considering she could tell I was in a rush.
