The customer service is subpar, takes forever to speak with anyone on the chat or calling in. We have been having internet issues for months, calling techs out and they tell us the same thing every time "try getting a new router" "it cant be us, its you" and "were upgrading our services in March to take care of the issues" well, I dont need 107mbps internet, I need my 50mbps internet to work fine, first. I need the connection issues that slow my speeds down to 5mbps during primetime hours to be resolved, what is upping the connection speeds to 107 going to do? Cause people to eat more bandwidth and have even slower speeds? The tech tells us "he doesnt want to bullshit us" but as he tells us it has to be our router, we tell him weve tried THREE of Suddenlinks rentable routers, and decided to buy our own finally, while still having the same issues, so I dont really think thats the problem, for a fourth time. We asked him to look at the wiring and the pole in our yard to make sure it was connected properly, no breaks etc and what does he do? He goes out to our back yard, looks at the cable line thats 30 feet in the air and says "it all looks good from here, looks like new line"... after the customer service rep convinced us to pay $5 a month for the wiring plan he didnt even want to look at our wires. We called them again today after having even more issues, and they are sending an "advanced tech" out, except they are charging for this one!! Why would I get charged because there are issues that you havent been able to fix? I would drop this service immediately if there were a broadband competitor around with 20+ mbps near me. I would NEVER get suddenlink services again after the runaround Ive gotten from them (to think, I used to defend them to my family when we had issues, but its just ridiculous now.)

We have had Suddenlink for a year now and WTH!!!! Started off with Highspeed Internet and Tv for just about 100.00 a month . This price I found far at the time so we went with Suddenlink over the next few months our bill slowly started creeping up to 170.00 monthly. Wait a second 170.00 a month for high speed internet and basic channels? Oh HELL NO!!! We are not home during the week enough to warrent this price and you can only watch so much Tv on weekends before getting Cabin fever. Even when discontinuing the Channels we still are paying 80.00 bucks a month. BS!!! As soon as we get internet service for AT&T I will be Bundling all services for under 200.00 a month. Just because we have limited options here does not mean we can all afford Ca and NV prices for comfort.

We have had nothing but problems for the last 3 months with suddenlink. We pay over $100 for just internet and on a daily basis our modem will reset 10+ times a day. We have had 6 "techs" at our house in this time period and the issue has still not been resolved. 4 out of the 6 "techs" to come to our house dont even know what the problem is. Suddenlink has been so gracious to shave $5 off our bill every month for the daily problems we have been having for months. If there was any other company in the area that provided high speed internet we would not be with suddenlink.

The service works when its working, but they appear to intentionally mess with you so your internet is so slow you cant even load a simple webpage. No kidding, cant even load a webpage on a DLS line! Then they send out notices asking you to "upgrade" so they will fix the problem they created in the first place. I would switch without question if there was a better service out here, I feel hijacked.

what happened to the 24/7 phone support?,... and why do they say the website has 24/7 support,... its not 24/7 if they can only get back to you during their business hours, they dont get to see it until they come in to work so not 24/7, false advertisement,... dont get me wrong i love suddenlink but false advertisement is wrong,.. this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

We were visited by a Suddenlink tech on 5/13/16, and found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Just wish he lived next door, so I could ask him to fix a problem I created today, after hed taken care of our other TVs yesterday. In our dealings with the different techs, weve never had one that didnt know his job and wasnt courteous and friendly.

serviceman lied, said he knocked on my door, and I was 3 feet away from it the whole time ( 2 hours) as my appointment was between 2-4 PM. I am going to cancel my phone, internet service, may keep TV , probably not. OH and he still didnt show like its 6 PM now !

The internet is good but they dont treat current customer good. New customers can get internet tv and home phone for 82.00 plus tax and fees. I pay 85 now just for internet. What happen to helping loyal customers.

Terrible customer support and now putting a cap and charging more for the internet we use? Im done I recommend everyone look elsewhere for their internet provider. All suddenlink cares about is $$$.
