We were very frustrated that Direct TV had cancelled KSLs programming and I like dealing with local businesses so I called Diamond, did not get an answer but Dave, the owner called me back at night, answered all my questions and had my DISH Network system installed in 2 days. There are so many more features and they were so professional with the install.
