I canceled my cable because they continuously lied to me for four months about a promised firmware update, then other techs would say my filter was bad. Circles constantly with zero results. I could not watch t.v. 1 time in those 4 months. wasted $400 for nothing. Crooks. But what really pissed me off was that I had to wait and hear a 20 minute hate speech about our president. I will never return to company who blasts hate towards me for loving my country. Both of the females working there were angry and aggressive.

When you try to call about a problem, you get an automated system that takes roughly 15mins to try and get a live person. The automated system runs you through a modem restart(if this were only the problem I wouldnt have to call). All the whIle you just want to find out what is going on. But thats the catch. They lie to you about the problem. The customer service people will lie to you just to get you off the phone.

When I paid on my debit card, I was overcharged, I brought it to their attention and was told I only had 2 choices: 1: I would get a credit of the difference off on next months bill, or 2: I would get a refund credited back on my card in 4 - 6 WEEKS! Thats absurd!!! What other business would hold a refund from THEIR mistake that long??!!

This place has the worst customer service I have experienced. I live outside of town, so they are the only provider available for our internet service, other wise I would drop them like a hot rock. Their internet is good. Theres that, but nothing else.
