When I signed up, I was given incorrect information on the cancellation policy. The customer service representative gave me incorrect logistics regarding the cancellation policy. She pushed me to buy the black card ($20 per month) because, according to her reasoning, I would be able to start and cancel the membership without any fees. When I left the country, I called to cancel my membership, and I was unable to because of their "in person or by mail" cancellation policy. Finally, after paying for two extra months of service, I went in to cancel my membership and was told their would be a $58 cancellation, or "buy out", fee. Luckily, I am moving to a state where there are no Planet Fitness locations, and the fee was waived. I am dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism demonstrated on part of Planet Fitness and its employees.

Friendly staff, clean, and open 24 hours! Love the hydromassage and deep tissue massage chairs. Cleanliness is very important to me too, since I have not been to a gym since contracting a MRSA infection 5 years ago at a previous gym. Also after reading the other reviews, I saw the one about tanning. I too had never tanned indoors either and even though I had a great tan already, the staff recommended I start with only 2-3 minutes. I did not burn and worked my way up to 2-3 times a week, to extend my tan for my vacation. The staff has always answered any questions I have had regarding anything and I feel that they are very knowledgeable. I have already recommended PF to friends and family.

So far Ive had a great experience at this location. Its clean and the staff is friendly. I appreciate their consistency with telling you to enjoy your workout when you arrive and telling you to have a good day when you leave. I was unsure about buying a membership, so I called and spoke with Megan who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided me with all the information I needed. We spoke extensively about my options and I was able to get all the information I needed in order to make a decision. I appreciated her spending the time to give me the full run down of the gym and not rushing through my phone call. Would recommend this location.

The gym is fine, but im 13yo and i was told that i cant enter the gym without a parent, which i accepted even though it was a inconvenience. About 2 weeks later i downloaded a pdf file containing the rule to your gym, it stated that people 13-18yo have full access to the gym equipment (except the tread mill) just as long as my parent has a good sranding with the gym and the payments are current, it didnt state that the parent had to be with me as I worked out. It is a problem because my parent is on a different schedule than me when i want to go to the gym. I would like my problem to be resoved or cleared up because I am very confused.

I have gone to many of the planet fitness facility and have enjoyed them all. Yes I do have a favorite one and that would be the fountain hill location, I find the staff at this location to be most helpful and welcoming easy to talk to and always willing to assist from personal trainer to new staff they are all well trained. I have been a member now for more the a year somedays I visit two location love the 24 hrs availability because I work-out early morning and also on my way home if time permits. I am hoping soon a PF will be opening in Surprise AZ now that would be perfect as I work in Surprise.

This location is kept immaculate and always has plenty of open machines. The staff is personable and helpful, and it truly feels like a "No Judgement Zone". Whether you are into crossfit or bodybuilding, there is an area for you. Membership is very inexpensive and there are plenty of other locations valley-wide. If you only have time for a quick workout, be sure to check out the 30-minute workout area. Youll get a total body workout in a fraction of the time.

Great staff! They are sincere and always willing to answer any fitness questions. The equipment is always being cared for. The mens locker area and restroom is well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend Planet Fitness to all my family members and friends. Most importantly, they are the only fitness center that truly recognizes the Veteran! Planet Fitness offers special membership incentives and parking spaces for the Veteran. Thanks Planet Fitness!

The place was nice a little small though. Seemed like all the machine were so close together like bike, treadmill. Had to wait for certain machine to use. The staff wasnt all that friendly or helpful. They mostly stood behind the counter talking amoung themselves. Felt like I did something wrong when I was there to get tokens for the massage chair. I ended up leaving. Will go back to the location on 35th and Peoria. Much nicer staff and way more room.

I dont know, for the most part I think its alright but they arent very fair with members and their guests. When my brother and I went the told him he wasnt allowed to have a water jug and they took it from him. Understandable we wont argue and we didnt argue we just went on with our work out. But since then weve seen multiple people in the gym with gallons of water in the gym on the floor? IDK I just think the staff needs to be fair with everyone.

I love my gym everyone is helpful until recently I am not to happy with Adam that works during the week I have seen people bring him food and I have seen him blowing people off the seeing him and another employee sitting in the black card area and some of the customers will be waiting in line but doesnt get up so we leave I hope you can get someone to work nights that know what they are doing

Everyone there from the Managers to the front desk people are so nice. They call me by name! I have some medical issues and they were willing to work with me (with my doctors release). They helped me with some questions and concerns in a timely fashion. This is a great place to go and I got the Black membership, because I can use the extra amenities and use it when I am out of state. Yeah!

I go to two different locations and both are always so clean including the locker rooms. Plenty of cardio equipment! The only downfall is the people who go there... I go everyday for the most part and I always see a 4/5 people wearing jeans and stand around the equipment you really need.

Pretty cheap basic membership without commitment is a huge plus, very clean facility, inviting front desk staff, little bit of wait for select work out equipment on peak hours but there are enough alternates...i will recommend this to anyone over LA fitness for sure....

Judgment Free Zone (Planet Fitness) is an awesome place to catch a good workout, no matter what your current ability may be. The best part about this place is the tanning beds and workout equipment. Top of the line! All equipment is kept clean and the staff is friendly.

Great place to workout! no one cares how you look and the staff is excellent. the only negative was that I fell in the bathroom and not one person from management bothered to call me after I filled out an incident report. which to me that part doesnt say much..
