So I was on my way to work and my Lexus died on the freeway. I heard about this place from some friends as I needed a tow and the car repaired I gave them a call. First off they told me the driver would be there in 45 minutes to pick up my car, he was actually early. Never had that with a tow company before. Its usually twice the time they estimate. The drive was extremely nice and had my car loaded and on its way to the shop in no time. When I arrived at the shop Tony checked me in. After I explained what happened he said they would call me in a few hours after they found out what was wrong. Tony called a few hours later explain the alternator was shot. He told me what the estimate was at that time, explained when the part would be in and that there may be additional electrical damage caused by the alternator but wouldnt know till after they got it up and running. While they had it I had them check a few other things the dealership told me I needed after my last visit. Tony called me the next day and told me there was no additional damage. He also had his Toyota master mechanic look at the other issues. The mechanic told him my motor was notorious for the issues the dealer listed but they didnt need to be fixed on my vehicle. Lets just say the dealer and other places I called wanted a few thousand to fix said non-issues. Bottom line, the entire experience was great. Its also nice to finally find a mechanic in this city I can trust. I would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle here for repair.

MY BIZ REVIEW

I had my car towed to this place no by my choice after an accident I was in the hospital so the key was not with the vehicle. My son waiting for their tow driver, my son has flat bed vehicles before. he explained to the driver that I had the keys and he told him to dolly the car. So it does not damage the transmission. Driver said no, my son said it is possible you can damage the transmission. Driver said been doing it for years in TEXAS no it wont dragged them all the time. Well we called HONDA they said NEVER drag a Fit in park. And never backwards, thats what they did. If there is damages we will pursue them. Then I had my Daughter in law bring my key down to the place to give them the key and get my Prayer Book out of the back of my vehicle. She told me when she got there a lady behind a BARRED wall said to her rudely you can not leave the key here she explained that I was 85 years old and can not come down here. she said rudely you can not take anything from the car. She said OK well you need the KEY to move the car etc. She said no again. I can understand not getting stuff from the car but not taking the KEY?? If they have to move it or get into it to get it out of gear how can they move it? So I am worried that they will drag it around the YARD. some more ...... DO NOTUSE THEM

So i thought i had an impossible tow do to a ball joint problem on my front driver side tire and most companies i called said they cant do the tow because being that they use flat bed tow trucks the tires need to roll.... So im frustrated until "Jason truck #27" came and OVER EXCEEDED HIS JOB!!! He got my car on there and got me home. I told him it did need to be parked in the nicely, just toss it in there and this guy parked it nicely and did a triple check that there was not extra damage to the vehicle this man is awsome! He was nice and professional and didnt charge for all the extra crap my car put him through! HE DID A EXCELLENT JOB!! THANK YOU JASON!! MAKE SURE JASON SEE THIS Valley Express Towing!! Jason should be training all the rookies and get paid double he deserves that, he for sure a vet in this type of work. Sorry for the over exaggeration but if yal were there you would understand!! But thanks again Jason Truck #27 request him!! Oh forgot to add that the dispatch said he would be there in about 30 minutes he got there less then 15 minutes fast a** service!!!

Rude people after money . These people sold my car when I was out of town , I called and spoke to a woman over the phone after I found out from Gilbert police department that it was there and explained to her my situation and that I was out of town and was never notified and they still sold my car that I pay monthly on and when I called and asked for information I was hung up on several times by the employee and told to stop harassing them over MY car . I spoke with he manger and let me tell you , I have never in my life met anyone so disrespectful, you would think because its MY car they would be willing to explain whats going on , no ! He act as if this was his car he work hard for . People ! Do NOT do business here , seriously .

The towing service of this company are thieves in cahoots with our corrupt police department. My daughter was in an accident with my ex-husbands vehicle (he lives out-of-state and is mostly off grid). I too asked them to tow to my residence and they refused saying I could pick it up any time. My name is on the traffic ticket as the legal custodian of our daughter, and they wont even let me into the vehicle under supervision to verify the title to see if my son who lives locally is also on the title (which my ex think he is). But they refuse to cooperate without a Power of Attorney. I understand why they hide behind a black window only allowing phone or voice contact like hoods.

These guys are awesome! I cant say enough about the service I received! From towing to the actual repair, I am very happy with the work done at Valley Express Towing & Auto Repair. The towing guy was earlier than expected, was very careful with my truck, got everything loaded up and we were on the road in 15 minutes! The auto repair side was better priced than I thought, even beating out the second opinion quotes that I got over the phone. The repair work was done by a Master Technician and I am very pleased with the end result. This is now my "car guy" and I will recommend them to anyone!

I had a complex situation which required more paperwork for them and they never made uncomfortable despite my arriving just a few minutes before closing. The employee at the lot which is a slightly different location was stupendous. He had another car to access mine and took great care to ensure that car was moved according to standards for that type of drive train. He even forewarned of the problem with the way the car was going to set down so that I could accommodate it beforehand. Every contact I had with any employee there was exceptional.
