I havent even bee here yet and I have to give them 5 stars. I called to inquire as to whether or not they do alignments as my truck was pulling hard to one side. A man named Bob answered the phone, his response to my inquiry was "We do, but are you sure you need one? You should check your tire warranty with the installer/retailer and be certain its not your tires. Often times alignments are not necessary." My tires were nearing the end of their life (no warranty) so I asked if they sold tires. "We do, but youd get better prices at a tire shop than what we could do for you." So I took his advice over to the tire shop. To my surprise, as I left the tire shop, my truck was driving straight as an arrow. I cannot remember the last time, particularly an auto shop, did business this way. Most are more than happy to take your money, and usually rip you off as well. I will definitely be giving them my business when the time comes.

I called 25th Street Automotive to get a second opinion and better insight as to what my car needed. Bill Coniam was the person I spoke with and he was extremely helpful. Even though he knew my car was sitting at a different shop, he did not rush me off the phone or act disinterested in answering my questions. Bill gave me a free estimate on parts and labor in regards to replacing my power steering pump. Since I am female, I typically feel like I get pushed around a lot when it comes to car stuff. Bill put my mind at ease and explained in detail exactly what the process was and what the pros and cons of different treatments would be. It turns out the shop my car is at is giving me a fair quote but I will be seeing 25th Street Automotive for all of my future automotive needs thanks to the excellent service Bill provided.

I dont live very close to 25th Street Automotive, so if I just need an oil change, I usually choose a shop closer to home. But when that shop told me I needed $1,000+ worth of repairs, I made an appointment with Bill because (1) I wanted a second opinion and (2) if Im going to spend that much money, I want it to go to this locally owned establishment. As usual, the team here provided honest feedback at a fair price. Bill let me know what needed to be taken care of now and what could wait a few months until my next oil change. I gave him a price point I could work with, and he met it. If you need a first opinion, second opinion, or just an honest, reputable car shop, trust the team at 25th Street Automotive. They wont steer you wrong.

As a female, it is very difficult to find an honest mechanic. And I know enough about cars to know when someone is trying to sell me stuff I dont need. So after dealing with car dealership shops for years, my boss suggested I go see the guys at 25th street. I am glad I did. This is the first shop Ive been to, since I left Michigan, that I actually feel comfortable leaving my car at. I know that Im getting quality service and good prices. Bill did a full inspection on my car and gave me a list of what needed to be repaired right away. He was able to give me an estimate so I knew what to expect before picking my car up. I was very happy with the work they did. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and clients.

Found these guys online and theres a reason they have a ton of 5 star reviews on Google and Yelp. Very honest guys, really care about creating a lasting relationship and not just putting you into debt for no reason. They asked whether I had had certain things worked on at other shops recently instead of just assuming I had never had any maintenance besides an oil change done. They created a prioritized list with follow up items that I can refer to as I check maintenance items off the list. Having a car with about 170k miles on it, they asked first whether I was planning to keep the car before making any recommendations. Just really honest, fair guys that want to help you keep your car running well as long as possible.

I really like 25th street auto. You can tell its a quality shop. However - Ive stopped taking my car to 25th Street for the following reason: too expensive. I got a price quote from them to do work on both struts, along with the standard 60K factory service, and they were nearly the same price as the auto dealer service shop. On a brake job recently I saved $200 (out of $600) by taking my car to another local reputable shop. (Johnstons) Id like to know why a small independent shop is charging prices at the dealership level. Sorry 25th Street - I really like you - but I urge customers to see if they cant get the same quality service at a better price.

I am eternally grateful for the way Bill Coniam and Bill Hightower and crew went WAY above and beyond (again!) for me last week. My alternator died at 1 pm on the Friday before the long 4th of July weekend, and 25th St Auto was backed up with tons of cars they were trying to get repaired for their customers before the weekend. Nonetheless, they were able to squeeze me in, fix everything, and even transport me back and forth to my house before they closed! If they hadnt gone that extra mile, I would have been without my vehicle for a week! I just cannot say enough good things about these people - service the way it SHOULD be!

My husband took his car to a random shop to get his oil changed. The shop told him he needed to spend $400 as soon as possible to replace struts. Since he was not noticing any problems, he was a bit suspicious. I suggested he take his car to 25th Street Auto as my son had a really good experience with them. The car guys at 25th St looked at his car and explained that because his car was "lifted" his struts were a different way, but they were in perfect condition and did not need to be replaced at all. Thank you guys for your honesty, you have my business as long as I live in Phoenix.

25th Street came highly recommended to me through various online resources. When I called, Bill (and Bill) were both ready and willing to help me by providing me options and well, just being downright honest - a trait which shows me theyve got the silver lining. These guys are MY mechanics for my vehicle needs - dependable, trustworthy and willing to help as much as they can. Rockstar does not begin to describe the feeling I left with and am pleased to return to when I go for additional vehicle maintenance needs. THANK YOU 25TH STREET! YOU ALL FREEKING ROCK!

I have been a client of 25th St. Automotive for several years. I have referred my entire family there, and weve all been very happy with the service weve received. Bill and Bill are advocates for their customers. They will honestly tell you what you need to do to keep the car running, versus what it needs to be safe, versus things dealerships try to get you to repair that just arent that important. In other words, its like taking your car to a trusted family member. I am honored to have Bill as support for my familys vehicles.
