I would give this place a negative number! The worst possible service I have had to deal with. I had two tires with good tread that didnt fit my car so I went there to possibly trade them for something off a couple used tires that would fit my car. Normally I would never do this and would just buy new. My friend referred me and I was in desperate need of tires. I also needed an alignment. I had recently replaced the upper and lower control arm on my Lexus IS300. Keep in mind my dad is a mechanic who fixed it and has been working on cars for over 40 years. I paid $100 and traded two good tires for two used tires and an alignment. I dropped my car off and after they had it all day tried to say something was wrong with the recent parts that were put on the car. I was told that unless the parts were replaced it would not align. I paid for everything and took the car to my dads work. My dad was able to do the alignment without any problems. Since now someone else had to do the job that I paid them for I want to see if I could get discount Ina future visit. One of the tires that was put on my car had a screw in it that was there when they put the tire on the car. The guy refused to do anything about the fact that there was a screw in the tire rather told me he would sell me another used tire for $50. So I have paid $100 and got a used tire and a tire with a screw in it. This place is a joke they take advantage of women and will give you nothing when you know they are wrong. I wasnt even asking for the money on the alignment back. I just wanted them to fix my tire and make it right. They told me they would fix the tire and then called me to say that this is not the tire they put on there. I had the front tires replaced and the screw was in the front tire. When I got back to the shop they had taken the tire off the rim and told me they would sale me another used tire I told him to fix this one that they put on the car. They put the tire with the screwball on the Romans did not balance it and put it back on my car. When they refused to fix theyre they sold me I then asked for the money for the alignment back since someone had done the work. That was when I was told to get off the lot and never come back. I wouldnt send my worse enemy here. They really shouldnt be in business. From now on I will take my car to to discount tire where I know I will get the service I paid for.

I have taken my car here twice now. Once when my radiator cracked, and again when I had both a check engine light and there was a short in the electrical system making my mirrors start to move on their own. I have been extremely impressed with both the quality of work and the professional friendly service I have received at Premium Auto. Both times they kept me completely up to date on where they were at in the service, explained all the work and costs before completing any of it, and they even showed me all the parts that were replaced after the work was complete. I wont take my car anywhere else now.

Mario and his team do excellent work. So many shops to choose from, but in my experience this is the place to go. I had him repair my mini cooper and my Yukon XL and they were quick and efficient. Both jobs were extensive: not just pads and rotors but control arms, emergency brake, engine light, oxygen sensor, etc. Estimate was accurate: nothing increased. He only did work that was necessary, without attempting to upsell. After the work was complete he showed me all the old parts and described the different damage and wear.

I brought in my 91 Nissan 240 after going to three other shops to get my alignment done, none of the other shops could get my front end to be even close to correct. These alignment guys were able to get it straight and true. I have since returned and had them replace my rear tires as well as get safety and emissions done. The tires were done pretty quick and they showed me the problems with my car as far as the safety went and were able to get it fixed that day and on my way. They have earned me as a loyal customer. I have had my GMC Yukon XL repaired here on two different occasions. Once for a catalytic converter replacement and just recently for a AC compressor replacement. Both times the estimates were less than local competitors. The work is done in a timely manner without surprises all under warranty. Mario and his crew are well trained, will repair your vehicle correctly and get you out the door without breaking the bank. Highly recommend. Customer for life!

Mario has worked on my fleet of over 15 vehicles for years. He runs his shop w integrity - Theres no doubt he is an honest mechanic and does a great job. Ive done tons of work w him and any time something wasnt right he fixed it immediately. Hes even fixed things at no cost for a couple of people I sent him that were down on their luck. You wont find a more trustworthy shop than his. I send all of my friends and my personal vehicles here as well.

Amazing service Mario knows his stuff. Very efficient definitely fix every type of problem that you could imagine. I would recommend if youre out of town and if you dont feel like going to want of the big dealerships with your car when you move to Utah definitely go to premium auto. Even though everything takes time but thats typical of a repair shop. Theyre very on top of everything and I definitely recommend for anybody to go there.

I hat taking my car to the mechanic cuz i always feel like im being taken to the cleaners. They treated me honest and fair. I would recommend them to anyone. I went to them to help me fix my door. The quoted me a price. And even when they it took a little bit longer then expected they stuck to the quoted price. Which was the best price i found when calling multiple places.

My poor mom broke the window on my truck and she was totally ripped off on a replacement. She wanted to get it fixed for me, but they charged her up the ass! and when I saw the window it was in worse shape than the original! I couldve bought a brand new one and installed it myself for less than a quarter of what they charged my sweet mother! Crooked bastards!
