Paid to have a basic oil change. The initial quote was $32.99. As I was in a bit of a hurry, and they quoted me 30 - 45 minutes, I had hem perform the work. My final bill was over $38.00 after they tacked on a $3 disposal fee and a .99 cent "shop supplies" fee that is automatically slapped on to each bill. My dissatisfaction is with 1) the time (which was well over an hour), and 2) the price (which was easily $10 more than others in the local area. To me, alhough the staff was fairly friendly, the cost far exceeded the service received.

I took my car here because it was starting slowly and I suspected I needed a new battery. Sure enough, the battery I had purchased here over 2 years before was ready to be replaced. I was ready to purchase a new one but they honored the 2 year warranty on the old one even though it was expired by a month. They also fixed a minor electrical issue I was having with my brake lights. The grand total- $15! These guys know the meaning of customer service!

They have fixed several things on my car in the past six months and when one problem came up again, they fixed it with no cost to me. They figured out there was an additional problem and referred me to a specialty shop that took excellent care of me also. It is wonderful to have that small town feeling and caring with a metro area shop:)

I called D.I. Auto Care to detail my Cessna Plane so I could sell it to buy a bigger model. Paul came out on time and the plane looked absolutely amazing. The first person that came to look at it bought it at full asking price, I already set up an appointment to have him detail my wifes Mercedes. Awesome job thank you Paul

I have been coming here for 8 years! I love the staff and they always take great care of me. No pushy business or unreasonable prices. Always helpful and fast. I got an oil change and 2 new tires before a road trip two weeks ago. Just now noticed that my tires are two years old and I paid $363! Plus, I had to wait for hours and no option for a ride home. I live nearby. The biggest issue is selling me tires from 2015. Never go here again.

This place is awesome! They are always super friendly, and willing to match prices. I have had all my cars taken care of by advanced auto for the last 15 years and they have always been honest, and do excellent work. If your looking for a great car place to go to, look no further!

You will pay a little more than Jiffy Lube, but the service is very good. Just pull up to the bay. You dont get out of your car at all. Of course they will show you the dirty air filter that you can say no thanks. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Quick and they do a good job. Had my tires changed here .. started my work on time according to the appointment . Clean and nice waiting area . Very informative staff .. overall a good shop. I would recommend my friends to go here
