My husband and I have taken our Lexus SC300 and Toyota 4Runner to Eagle Auto for almost 2 years. Because both our cars are Toyota they do not have a ton of problem, but when we have had problems Charlie the owner has taken care us. The few days this year I have had to use my A/C in my 4Runner it would blow cold for a little bit then all of a sudden it would begin to blow warm. My husband said take it to Charlie. The next day I arrives right as he was opening the shop in order to make sure he would have time to look at it. He greeted me by name and stopped everything he was doing to look at my 4Runner. He said based off of what I told him he had a pretty good idea of what is wrong, but he is not going to replace the part without being able to duplicate the problem. He asked if his tech could drive me home and keep the car until he could get the A/C to fail. By about noon I received a phone call from Charlie telling me what the problem was. As someone who really knows nothing about cars I really appreciated the fact that he spent the time to explain why the A/C works sometime and and then other times it doesnt. The total repair was less than 300 dollars and I had my car back by the end of the day. It is extremely nice to have a mechanic I can trust.

I brought my 2001 Accord to a shop off of Cave Creek to have them look at my A/C system. The shop had a good reputation and the owner seemed to be honest, but when he told me that my entire A/C system needed to be replaced and quoted me $1300 dollars I decided to get a second opinion. I stopped by Eagle Auto Repair because they were close and there sign referenced A/C Service. The owner Charlie was very busy, but he still found time to bring my car around and check my system. Within a half hour he told me the problem was the High Side Aluminum line. He brought me to the back and showed me where the line was vibrating against something else and rubbed a hole in the line. I asked him if that ruined my entire system and he chuckled. "Anything is possible, but whoever told you that without replacing the line and testing it, is just trying to make a buck off you." He told me if I was willing to leave it with him for the day he would find time to fix it. By 4 OClock my car had ice cold A/C and it only cost me $239.00. This was last June and my A/C is still blowing cold and now Eagle Auto is the only place I bring my Accord and Mercedes for service.

not many people like having to spend money on a depreciating asset such as a vehicle... but from time to time, repairs are mandatory. my experience with charlie has been as about as pleasant as it could get. extremely accommodating to my schedule and so very willing to work towards my needs as a customer. up front and informative from the initial stages through out the entire project. the project went way over what i had budgeted but in this instance, i most definitely feel like a got an incredible deal. how many times has anyone thought to themselves that having to spend money at the mechanics shop is just a rip off? i have before and in this case the value outweighed everything else. i must say that the level of professionalism from charlie and his staff is top notch. and the fact that he is the first person in a half dozen that was able to solve the problem, will make me gladly drive from anthem to have him take care of all of my future repairs that are out of my realm.

A rare find: When you find quality and reliability proven over years--keep it! Charles Kings Eagle Auto has become a gem in our lives. Trust is often illusive---with Charles King, its there. Hes completed large major work and small minor jobs on both of our cars for at least a decade. And always at very reasonable costs. Sometimes he finds the less obvious but simple fix that others would overlook or not bother with. He is a rare find. Our old 92 Accord is still in excellent condition; our newer Civic Hybrid is the reliable work horse so necessary in our lives that, thanks to his care, we know is in the best condition. Wow!!! Finally an honest mechanic! Can it be true...What an answered prayer! Eagle Automotivr & pstellar crew were amazing! I took my Lexus LS 400 to 2 Lexus Dealers & could not pinpoint problem. Took to Eagle Automotive & within 10 minutes the owner I think his name is Charlie diagnosed it fixed it & charged me 1/8 of what the dealer charged me for diagnosis in which they could even do! What A Blessing! Honest, Honorable, Trustworthy, Full of Knowkedge & Integrity! Thank God for people like Eagle Automotivd! It should be call INTEGRITY Automotive! Thanks for all u do Charlie. I brought my car in for a routine AC fix. I had previously called and recieved a qoute for the repair. I was qouted $430.00 after they had taken a look at it and i could not afford that. I was worried i would be driving around in the 120 degree weather without AC! Then I found Charlie over at eagle auto repair. He was honest and quick. He told me it was a simple fix that only required a hose a re-charge and a few other things. $120.00 later I was driving around with freezing cold AC. Thank you Charlie!

Charlie provided me with a quote to fix an impressive coolant leak on my 2008 Focus. The work was performed promptly and I was out the door for the quoted price. Great communication. Show up early or call ahead, however, as this place seems to be quite popular and there may be a small wait. Initially Charlie informed me that he was booked until after the weekend, and I am glad that I waited instead of going elsewhere.

If you are a car enthusist and cant figure it out what is wrong this where the pros go as Charlie is a wiz at diagnostic repairs. 90% of fixing something right is truly finding what is wrong instead of your brother in law who is just throwing parts on a "well it could be" quick fix that just costs more to do it over & over again than hiring the right man for the job the first time!

I have a fleet of emergency vehicles that I have been getting serviced at Eagle Auto since they opened. Charlie has always been able to get me in and service all my vehicles any time I needed work. I would recommend this repair shop for all your service needs Charlie and his crew of mechanics are top notch!!!!!
