Hello, I wanted to write this review for several reasons. Security Public Storage keeps my valuables safe. I have rented form Security Public Storage for over two years the staff are great and always are very informative and help full at the same time. In the past I have rented for other local storage companys and I really like security public storage because when times are hard and you may be a few days or even a whole payment behind not not one time have this company threaten to take or sell my valuables. They always work with me and that means a lot to me and thats why I like doing business with Security Public Storage in Hayward. I would recommend Security Public Storage to store your belongings. 5 STARS!!! Excellent service received from Rich , the manager! He went above & beyond the call of duty the other night when I tried to gain access through the gate & forgot my entry code. I hadnt been by for couple months & my memory went blank when trying to input the code. Rich had happened to drive up with his family & I know if it were me I would rather not bother with clients on my time off but he did! He saw my dilema & he was kind enough to go inside the office AFTER hours & retrieve the code for me (after he verified me with my ID) & without a hint of annoyance & saved me a wasted 20 mile trip! I had to write to compliment Rich for outstanding customer service! A very satisfied customer here!

I have rented many storage spaces over the years but have found Security Public Storage in Hayward, CA to be the best by far. The rates are competitive, the location centralized to all my needs, but the overwhelming factor is the service I have received from the first day I arrived. Before signing on, I was given a comprehensive tour of the facility and all it had to offer. The Manager John and his assistant Paul go above and beyond the call of duty daily. Their positive outlook and willingness to assist in any manner is more than I can ever ask for. Because of this I will continue to do business here and have recommended the facility to all my business contacts and friends.

My experience with Security Public Storage was amazing. It was a very stressful situation I was in and George and Sherry were very empathetic and accommodating to my needs. They were courteous and knowledgeable with what I needed with regards to the items needing to be stored. The grounds are well kept and secure. I felt safe going there near closing time. I highly recommend Security Public Storage due to anyone needing storage. Its also in a location that is not full of high traffic so no one is casing out the place to see what it is your are storing. And every call I placed to the facility was returned in a timely manner. **** 4 star in my book. kelly in hayward

I am new to this storage location. Was with another storage company here in Hayward for twenty years. Wow! This is a very convenient location for me. The manager George Burns and his office staff Sherry have been just wonderful and very helpful with my move here. Its been a pleasure to meet two very nice people like that. Using the companies moving truck was also a great help too. Moved everything here in only one trip. I also like the very good security setup here. I can come and go as I please with the great yard hours and havent had any problems. I sleep soundly knowing that all of my stuff is safe and secure. I also like the manager living here on sight.

yes ive been with public storage for quet sometimes now , im in the lien situation rigth now , i dont even know how were to get the cash ,to make the payment , is ganna be alrigth if Jon still arnd , i miss you Jon thanks alot ,,, but is been so nice storing all my stuff ,to this place no one can bit the customer service at this facility storage , the employee is nice and friendly, so to anybody who needs a place to store all your stuff , i recomend ,The Public Storages @ Huntwood in hayward .... jefferson fulgado

Ive been renting space from Security Public Storage since November of 2012 and Ive been nothing but ecstatic about the service Ive received. Not only are their rates very competitive but John the manager and his assistant Paul have gone out of their way to accommodate every need and request weve made regarding our storage space. As you well know, you can rent storage space anywhere, but in the long run, the staff is what will make the experience good or bad. I would highly recommend this location in the East Bay to anyone who has a temporary or permanent storage need.

Great place to store you things!! Paul is excellent he should be the manager of the property, he runs things well in the office provides excellent customer service!! Glad John is no longer the mangager and they dont find another person that doesnt know how to run things or is RUDE and OBNOXIOUS. Otherwise if you ever are looking for a quote at this facility, need any assistance ask for Paul he is the one who will take care of anything and knows how to run things! The facility is very neat and clean and well taken care of.

Been here longer than I would like to admit. Several management changes. All the managers have been very friendly always. Grounds are kept clean and bathroom clean and always has toilet paper. soap and towels. Feel safe when there, even in the evenings. Sheri has been there forever and George is the newest resident. Both are always frrendly and keep things neat and tidy in addition to their office duties. Thanks for your friendly smiling faces and keeping the place clean, neat, and safe.

I have never had any issues with Security Public Storage. I like the easy access to my things, and the fact that they work with you to avoid fees if you are ever in a rough patch and late on payment. The employees are nice and never pushy. We have tried other places but never had an experience as good as the experience we get at Security Public Storage. Plus they have a restroom thats available for their customers, which (especially) as a mother, is greatly appreciated. :)

I am very happy with Security Public Storage. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I was pleased to find out that when you first move in you can have the use of a moving truck for free. I also saw that were security cameras everywhere for protection of your things. The managers are a nice couple lives on sight which makes me feel secure about my valuable property. I thought the rates were also reasonable. I
