This place tried to pull the ol switcheroo.- they had offered a 10x10 space at $99 .00 period. Along with the internet offer they said they will give 50% off of the first two months. Naturally I reserved the space but when I got there I was specifically informed that the storage unit was $99.00 a month for two months and then it goes back to its original price of $200.00 per month. The woman working there claims they didnt advertise the space that way. Then I showed her my reservation showing nothing stating that 99.00 a month was the half off price nor did it say anything about how it will revert to the original 200.00 dollars per month rates. They miss lead you to come down and waste your time by trying to pulll the switcheroo. The woman acted like she didnt know the ad said that but I cant believe this is true or why would she point that specific point of the the price changing. I didnt ask anything about it. Why she felt compelled to tell me at the last minute after we had tsk about what s good deal the monthly price was and never mentions it until she thinks I am ready to sign the paper. - bad customer duping.

After checking around for storage close to Danville, we settled on Saf Keep Storage in San Ramon. I called and spoke with Angelina who was so nice and helpful on the phone. We decided to take a quick ride over to check out the facility and we were treated so nicely! Dennis, one of the groundsmen, took us on a golf cart to view the unit, he explained that the security there was excellent, using a keypad to enter the premises by code only. They also have a resident grounds person who is there overnight and also cameras. They gave us an outstanding deal for 4 months (internet pricing, yet we met them in person and they honored the pricing), plus they gave us 20% of the lock we purchased AND they let you rent a 15 truck for only $15. dollars a day for the first 20 miles, that alone is a huge savings from going renting it from a 3rd party. Heck, theyll even help you lift some items up to 30 lbs if you really need it and also provide large dollys for their patrons use - gratis. All in all, the facility is awesome but the people and service were TOP NOTCH!

When my previous storage facility hiked my rental fees over 50% after I had been a reliable client for over 5 years, I looked for another storage facility. I didnt expect to find a facility as nice as the one that I left, but Saf Keep Self Storage in San Ramon was even nicer in terms of the overall management of the facility. The manager and his rental staff are outstanding in the customer service they provide. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, and safe facility with a courteous staff that is orientated to customer service

Rented a unit two years ago at what seemed a fair rate compared to the competition. 6 months into it my rent was raised $65. Really. When I called the response was " You can move out if the rent is too high ". They understand that moving from one storage facility to another is a time-consuming task and keep raising the rates. It has gone up 2 more times in 12 months and i just got another notification of another raise. There are better values and much better service elsewhere.

I couldnt be happier with Saf Keep Storage in San Ramon. The facility is well-maintained, units are clean and well-lit with music playing so you dont feel alone while you are in your storage unit, and the staff is very fast to respond when there is an issue (the string broke on the light in my unit and they responded within 5 minutes). I am safe and my property is safe at Saf Keep Storage. Very friendly, helpful staff.

When I was desperate to find a storage facility fast, I was pleasantly surprised at the help I received from Saf Keep in San Ramon to quickly get me moved in. I intended to stay only a few months, but three years later my things are still conveniently and safely stored. The facility is extremely clean and tidy, and the staff is top notch, friendly and dedicated to the customer. I highly recommend Saf Keep in San Ramon!

I Iove Saf Keep Storage, my stuff feels safe here! Angelina is so sweet and helpful as well as the rest of the staff...It is in a very good location and easy to get to, the best A-1 Customer Service, it is one level, and extremely clean..I have been here 6 Months and I am very satisfied. Overall rating on a scale from 1-10, 10 being the highest.... I give them a 10. =)

10 years of perfect customer service! Even when I moved to San Jose I kept my "stuff" there. They ALWAYS went that extra mile to help me and even answered all my unusual questions! Finally now moving even further south so it is finally time to leave! I hope my next storage facility can be even half as good.

Poor management. Accused several of us with auto bill pay - of not paying. Argumentative response rather than supportive of appreciating LONG TERM tenants with bank documentation in hand that payments had been issued. I left and wont be back!

Could not have had a better experience. All staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the process was quick and easy, the unit itself was clean and exactly as advertised. I would recommend it to anyone seeking storage in the San Ramon area.

Saf Keep is convenient, modern, clean, and friendly. What more can you ask for. I have been in several different units there over the past 10 years and no issues. Would recommend them for sure. GDF

Website advertises low prices, but after fees are added on, they are one of the highest priced storage places in town. Fees alone more than doubled monthly price. False advertising if you ask me.
