My PC came down with a horrible virus that slowly shut down all programs and eventually didnt even allow me to boot up! "Totally Frustrated and Didnt Know How to Proceed". The people at San Francisco Computer Repair, identified the virus, repaired all the damage done and had my PC up and running in no time. Even saved all my data. And they put up with and answered all my stupid questions during the process! High praise for this company! And nice guys too! If you want to have confidence that your computer will be repaired correctly - Go here!

I had several phone conversations with this place confirming what time I would drop off my PC but when I arrived there was no answer at the door or the phone at 2pm on a Saturday. The "open" sign was lit up. Spent some time at the antique store across the street and they were still MIA when I came back 90 mins later. Apparently they dont mind losing business?

I had a problem with the office laptop. After did all yelp research I decide to go with San Francisco Computer Repair. I tried to call 3 times and left the vm every time for past 2 days but I guess I have no luck. No one call me back so I was very disappointed and call another company. I wish I could give you more start. Sorry

No other place in San Francisco has such excellent and timely service. Took my Lenovo Desktop to two different places (including the Lenovo authorize dealer) and neither place could resolve the repair issues. Took it to SF Computer Repair and had it working an in top shape in less than 24 hours !

Brought a laptop in to them a few months ago. Couldnt get on the Internet. It was just a button I inadvertently touched... Totally my fault. The staff member was friendly and very carefully explained my error to me. I had never had a laptop before. Great service.
