I called Scott and he got back to me in less than a day. As a novice I tried to uninstall/reinstall some software on my laptop, only to screw it up. Scott got my computer and reinstalled the software and got my computer running like new. And he gave a follow up call a day or two later,to make sure everything was in working order. then again as anovice I ran into a problem a week later and after a quick call and a drop-by to Scott he got my problem resolved. HE DOES EVERYTHING HE CAN TO MAKE SURE HIS SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND.
