Steven Truong of Sequoia Real Estate is the most untrustworthy and unethical realtor that I have ever come into contact with. My wife and I saw a property in which he was the listing agent. After touring the property he informed us that no offers would be accepted until a specified date. When that date came and our realtor submitted our offer, he informed us that they had already accepted an offer before the offer date that he had previously listed on the property listing and had verbally told us. I am not mad that we lost out on the property (lets be real... being out bid is a definite reality in the SF Bay Area real estate market), what made us mad was that he did not keep to his word to keep to the specified offer date, allowing ALL offers to be presented to the seller. This unethical realtor is dishonest, untrustworthy and the most unprofessional individual that I have ever come into contact with!!!!! Both buyers and sellers beware!!!!!!!!!!
