Blum real Estate had their for sale sign on the wrong city lot. We found out close to closing that we were always looking at the wrong lot which was owned by an existing neighbor as a spare lot. Very misleading since the lot that was not for sale was more appealing than the actual lot next to it. Even my realtor was stunned when they found out that lot was not for sale. False intentional-looking advertising. Made my wife very upset at closing.
