Jade represented the seller, I was the buyer. She placed the lock box where it ended up damaging the screen door and did not fix it per our addendum. I called twice and she finally returned my call and was very condescending, rude, argumentative, and extremely unprofessional. Never once was there an apology or ownership of the problem, nor offer to make it right. She proceeded to blame the seller because they asked for a lock box, my agent because he used the lock box, and even myself because I used the front door. It wasnt a big deal but she is the one who set up the door to get damaged but refused to be professional about it and take ownership. I called Equinox and asked for a manager to call me back... its been two weeks now without a call back so obviously they do not care how Jade represents their company. Just drive past any Equinox signs, dont even bother.

Ron and Bess are some of the nicest people in Eugene. I could not recommend their services higher, as I was always treated better than my expectations. Equinox Real Estate knows how to do business right.
