I would never recommend this realtor/broker to anyone. She was very sincere and aggressive before we signed a 4 month contract. After the signing, the communication was minimal. The only time we saw her was when we signed. She never showed our house. (saying she had no clients in our price range) If you want a realtor who only lists but never shows your home then she is for you! I called and left voicemails because we ran out of flyers. No response. I had to go get flyers printed myself! If I knew we would be represented in this way I would have found a more professional realtor. Beware!!! The lower fee might look good, but you get what you pay for! Nothing! If this is the tyoe of people who work for this company, they should be more careful who they hire!

Lona has sold 2 of our houses and helped us buy 1. We absolutely love her professionalism, strength at negotiating, and attention to details. Its absolutely nuts to pay full commission to one of the bigger brands, as you get nothing more than what Lona can offer you. She gets, as the only one in town, that paying 6% in sales commission is ludacris. Do yourself the favor and save some money. Combined we saved more than $25.000 on our 2 sales!
