Joe and his team were incredible. We told them that we were expecting our second child in a couple of months and needed to move closer to work. Joe found us the perfect house just minutes away from where I work and just down the road from where my wife works. We actually closed on the house and received the keys with still a couple of weeks before the due date of our baby….except the little one decided to arrive on that same day just hours after Joe gave use the key! I guess he was just as excite as we were to move into our new home. Joe was patient and waited until we were finally settled into out new home before listing our old home on the market. Joe did his homework, though, because we received multiple offers the first night our old house was on the market. We found working with Joe and his team a enjoyable experience. From start to finish they walked us through the process of selling and buying real estate and gave us valuable guidance along the way. It’s been 10 months now and we love our new home more and more every day. We we definitely work with the LiuGroup again for our next move and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you Joe!

I worked with Ashley from the Liu Group, and I had a great experience! Ashley was very responsive, always quick to answer any questions, great at coordinating among the various parties, and never missed any details. She provided lots of research and information on properties I picked before visiting, and she was able to set up walk-throughs even when I added new properties to visit at the last minute. After I had picked a place and she knew my parents would be visiting, she managed to arrange another walk-through just so my parents could see the place I would be getting. She negotiated $5K off the list price, and she put me in touch with an inspector, an appraiser, a mortgage agent, and a title company, all of which also did a great job, and she kept each party coordinated and the process moving forward. After the seller was out of the house, we found crusted-on gunk where the fridge and washer had been, and even though the transaction was complete and Ashleys job technically done, she still followed-up and brought new cleaning supplies. Great experience! 10/10

Joe is a pro. I found him via a website known for reviews. His were high, and that was important to me. I was an experienced home owner at 41, had very specific needs, a lot of options, and a high regard for customer relationships. Details can kill a deal when left unattended. Joe does not neglect the details. Joe does not neglect his clients. Joe is exactly what I needed. An often unappreciated aspect of a realtors business are the people who he or she chooses to associate with. Joe has shown a propensity for choosing the right people. His showing agent was personable and exhibited the right amount of detachment (I dont want to be talked into a house.) She pointed out flaws in the properties, accurately described the architectural features, and was ready with research when I asked about them. When it was time to offer and close, Joe was never more than 2 or 3 minutes away from responding to my questions. This is an understandably critical piece in soothing a home buyer. Joe is a person I will always recommend, even to my best friends.

Making a cross-country move from a very different housing market to the Portland was very daunting to say the least. After doing a random yelp search I was connected to the Liu Group and not knowing much about the area or even where we wanted to be our agent (Ashley Robinett) did a FANTASTIC job of helping us find the absolute perfect home. Regular and consistent emails while still living in Missouri were key to us narrowing down the area we wanted to live in. If you are in need of an agent then you will not be disappointed with the professionalism and the incredible people at the Liu Group. In the entire process we were cared for always in the loop of where things were at and how things were going. The entire staff was willing to help us in whatever way the could to make this as easy as possible. I have already recommended them to friends that have mentioned the need to find a realtor and will continue to recommend them in the future.

If you looked up "realtors worst nightmare", Im pretty sure that youd find a picture of me! I was the perfect combination of super picky and super wishy-washy throughout the whole process of looking for places. He probably showed me...30 or so homes in the Beaverton area. I even wound up putting an offer down on one, got it accepted, and then backed out at the last minute. Stressful time...Im surprised he didnt just drop me then! Through all of this though, Joe was always an absolute professional, very nice, and extremely helpful. Whenever I had a question about anything, he would answer right away, and was always looking out for me. He knows a ton about the real estate market, and I would recommend him to anyone! Anyways, I just closed on a condo in Uptown Portland, and yes, he was a tremendous help throughout the buying process. I will definitely work with him again the next time I either buy or sell a place!

The Liu Group is the only way to get a job done. Ive had a very difficult task for Hoe and his team. My wife and I fell in love with a home, but did not have my home remotely ready to be listed. The goal is to solidify our new home sale and have our home sold before needing to be making double payments. Joe had a plan, requiring to do everything our home needs to be "Ready to sell", and through guidance and attention, had our home ready to list. We went without an offer for a little while, but came through with a first offer over asking! Joe is great, but the collaboration of his team is what allowed the attention needed to make this happen. A team that can work together under one overall vision of exceeding expectations is the unicorn of any great business. Thanks Liu Group! It couldnt have worked out better!

The Liu Group is amazing. They helped us buy and sell our homes. Everyone on the team was always there for us and made sure both processes ran smoothly. Our buying agent was knowledgeable and truly saw the importance of buying our next home. She would point out things that my wife and I would have never considered. She saved us money in the long term buy making us smarter buyers. She is amazing. The selling process can be very stressful especially when you buy your next house before selling your current house. The Liu Group took all the stress away with constant communication and feedback. They worked very hard at earning our trust and we look back and are very thankful that we used the Liu Group.
