Our car was hit by a flying object on the interstate, and this was the closest place to take it. However, before authorizing any service, we decided to use a shop whose work would be guaranteed by our insurance company. But when it came time to transfer the vehicle to the other shop, Amina refused to release the car twice to two different tow trucks. They refused to work with our insurance reps, the drivers, or the other shop. It caused days worth of delays. I understand that they wanted to be the ones to work on the car to get paid, but sorry, bottom line is that your shop was NOT the one recommended and guaranteed by our insurance company. Once the car was finally released, the tow truck driver found that several pieces, including the bumper, had been removed and thrown into the back seat. Which caused damage to the leather seats. Also, when the car was taken apart (without approval) many pieces were not put back on or in the car. So the receiving shop had to determine which pieces were stolen so they could reorder them. Yes, STOLEN. Pieces of our car were removed, without consent, and not returned or replaced.This has added an extra week to the repairs. This shop has been nothing but a headache and a nightmare. The unprofessionalism is unbelievable. The owner called the tow truck driver a liar and the insurance rep a liar, and we caught HIM in the lies. Unbelievable! I had previously left a bad review mistakenly before the car was back in my possession. I was confronted about my bad review which confirms the unprofessionalism of my entire experience. Also i was repeatedly told that the car was taking up valuable space and time and only costing him money while everyone else at his shop was making excuses as to why he wasnt there working on the car for 2 weeks. Mohammad knows his stuff and the car was old and rusted so I understand it was a difficult job but taking a nearly month to cut two bolts to change the wheel bearing is incredibly ridiculous. Confirming my trust issues with mechanics as well. From what was comunnicated it sounded like it was 2 weeks before the car was on the rack after it was diagnosed. They gave me excuse after excuse to which i called them every day cause they kept saying " tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow" here we are a month later and 3x what it was quoted (understandably with the parts) finally driving the car. Entirely unprofessional, untimely, cant communicate or be honest. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER recommend this shop to anyone. Thankful this horrible experience is nothing but a bad memory. Like my review now Mohammad?? After all this and collecting hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in alternate transpotation costs for an entire month because you keep getting lied to Put yourself in my shoes how nice of a review would you leave???

I wish I could give negative 5 stars. Mohammad is extremely unprofessional. He repeatedly lied to me. He acts nice to your face but does passive aggressive things behind your back, such as hold your car hostage for days on end and create more damage to your car. I decided to have my car towed out of his shop and transferred to another shop that specializes in higher end cars (its a Mercedes) and he threw a temper tantrum since he was going to lose out on the work and sabotaged the whole process. He would say one thing to me, then another thing to the insurance adjuster, then another to the other shop, and the tow company, spinning everyone in circles for simple things. Amina is responsible for some lost parts and additional damage to my car. They delayed me in getting my car back by probably a week due to their stalling and losing parts which needed to be special ordered from Germany, scratched up the rear leather seats by stuffing my whole bumper and whole grill in the back for transport. Who does that?! Steer clear. These guys are dishonest and unprofessional and will not get your car back to you quickly or even in proper shape. You would expect a car repair shop to repair a car, not further damage it and waste your time and money. Im still dealing with the repercussions of dealing with these guys and its weeks later.

It somewhat pains me to write this, because I initially very much liked Amina and their staff, but this morning quickly ruined that image. I, in the post polite manner, inquired about some charges on my bill, and I was told that they were going to KEEP MY CAR. Now, I do believe in letting experts perform their expertise, but as an informed consumer, politely inquiring about billing is not just a right, but an intelligent and necessary component of consumerism. So, threatening to impound (which is actually theft) my car did not sit very well. Now, while I am not a mechanic, nor do I have any knowledge about auto repair, Mohammed (Muhammed) told me that I specifically asked him to run a $120 diagnostic. He even offered to show me the recorded phone call of that request. I (having a terrible memory) was not entirely sure I made that request, so I checked MY personal call logs (wherein all calls are recorded), and the conversation NEVER HAPPENED. I then brought that recording (of the conversation that did not happen) to the store, and was told I was arguing semantics AND that Mohammed was now the one getting hot and angry. Why he has a right to be furious at a customer for expressing both opinion and fact in a responsible way is beyond me. Hugely disappointed and rather sad for them.

I took my "clunker" to Amina after receiving an advertisement in the mail. Although my car is not a pretty sight, I wanted to get it diagnosed to find out exactly what was wrong with it. The owner, Mohammad, and Laura were the first people that greeted me. Talk about good people... Both Mohammad and Laura were very personable and welcoming. Mohammad shared with me some of his background - and what do you know, one of the first things we talk about is morals and honesty. If Ive ever met an honest mechanic or car shop owner, its him. Laura drove me home while they inspected my car. An hour later, she picked me up in my car. Now thats customer service. Once more, even though I was quoted a flat rate of $75 for the diagnosis, Mohammed didnt charge me a cent for his shops time. He was detailed and took time to go over what his mechanics found wrong. Once again, he was very polite and understanding. He even told me what I could expect to get for the car in its current condition. Although I wont have any work done on my car (its not worth the ROI), Mohammed has made a new loyal customer for whatever car services I need in the future. I can tell he cares about making a good reputation for his business. Thank you very much! My review: A++

Could not have asked for a better experience! Came upon this place in a local site for Stapleton and figured Id give it a try. Ive been needing to get a dent in my trunk fixed in my Honda CRV for sometime. Every place Ive gone the quotes have been minimum $500 and about a week to fix. I went there for an estimate, walked in, told Mohamed what happened, he looked at me and laughed came out to my car and said, hang on. He went inside got a few tools came back out and starting taking things apart. However, he noticed my dog in the back seat, asked if she wanted a treat and she came out of the car and followed him into the shop. He told me he had to take care of her first. Within 10 minutes my debt was popped back out, looks good as new, the trunk was put back together, my dog was satisfied and he didnt charge me! You cant even tell anything happened! I was, and a few hours later, still amazed that SO many people wanted to charge me crazy prices and he fixed it in minutes. I even asked how much, and he smiled and said nothing! I pulled away thinking I had to tell all of my friends that if we ever have any car issues, this is the place we go!
