I took my 2005 Toyota Corolla to pride to fix a broken rear passenger door handle. The lock was broken on the inside and we had turned on the child safety lock so we could not unlock it from the outside. The did a good Job of fixing this issue and getting it back to me on Saturday Aug 29th 2015. I was told they needed to order the door handle as it was broken and would remain unable to be locked until the part was installed. I told them to let me know when the part came in and i can schedule to drop the car off again to get the part installed. I Dropped the car off on Sep 4th at 4pm and the called my wife a couple hours later. The mechanic was trying to say another part was going bad. When i got on the phone and started asking question the story changed and the mechanic said it would be ready the next day Sep 5th. My wife and i drove the kids down to Pride autocare and picked up the car. I didnt check the work until i got in it with my two younger children. It seems that something went wrong they installed a chrome door handle in my tan interior. It just looks like somone did the work out of their own garage. Worse yet it looks like someone who doesnt really care about their car did the work in their own garage. I then checked my receipt and i noticed that they had charged me 65$ for this part... I looked it up on google and the part cost around 10$. I probably wouldnt be upset if they had just called me and told me they had messed up the part and that they would have to re-order but they didnt say a word and just waited on me to get into the car to find out.... I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who wants quality work done. Emerson Goldsberry

I had recently bought my car from a man who used pride auto for all of his cars. When I came in I asked for a full inspection, tune up and oil change. The former owner had already gotten a new oil filter and oil for my car, I asked pride to use this instead of charging me for a new everything.. when I got my vehicle back there was no inspection done and I was charged 250$ for the time up and oil change and they had left the new filter and oil in my car and charged me for all new. When I went in to the shop I had told them my car was not a normal mazda. I took my car to another shop the other day to find out pride even did the wrong time up on my car and used the wrong spark plugs. 250$ for the WRONG tune up. Abd before 3000 miles on my oil i burned through it all because they USED THE WRONG OIL for my car. This means my car has always ran on the wrong tune up since the day the former owner brought it to thus shop. Never again will i be going back to pride auto.if they can not pay enough attention to do what I ask and to use the right parts. Wasted money..and almost killed my car..

Honest service you can trust. Youll see the same faces every time you come in here. The guys are always friendly, smiling, and personable. Youre likely to have a chuckle at the counter before you leave. The lounge is well decorated, and comfortably furnished. Complementary water and coffee while you wait. Sure, this isnt the place with the lowest prices in town (quit complaining, theyre not that much more expensive). But what is more important to you: An uneducated teenager tightening that bolt, at the local BigName franchise shop, so you can save a few bucks- or having a seasoned, experienced mechanic (who has worked in the same place for years) tighten that bolt, at the local small business? Its a no brainier.. You can feel GOOD knowing the job was done right, and youll feel even better when you remember you are supporting small, local business. Why put your money in the pocket of the big man, in exchange for shabby service? Support your neighbor instead, in exchange for the highest quality service! A+ for Pride! Live long and prosper. You guys are the greatest.

The Real Deal I have taken my vehicle to Pride multiple times. It has always been a fair price and great service. On one occasion I questioned the work that was being done. I had questions because the work seemed similar to the work I had performed the last time I was in. It was explained that these were new problems and not a part of the previous work. When I paid for the service I was still not convinced. I called the shop and talked to the owner Al Pridemore about these issues. Not only did he take the time to listen to me, he looked into the matter and got back to me within a day. Because AL felt like there was a miscommunication when the work was being explained to me, he offered me a handsome credit for the next time I came in. He also walked me through what they had done and why they had done it. It’s a true mark of a business when things don’t go great. Al showed me he cared, and made me feel comfortable with what had gone on. Pride Auto care is truly the real deal.

Most friendly people in the auto repair industry! They actually take the time to listen to what is wrong with your car, and have even gone above and beyond to repair little things that most technicians would overlook. On my most recent visit, my sons car was having issues with starting and sputtering when it did start. They diagnosed and repaired the issue, and then even replaced bulbs and a fuse that we hadnt even mentioned. Now he has a dome light and a door alert for the first time ever and that made his day. I fully trust them to take excellent care of my cars and would refer them to any of my friends. As my son said about our recent repair experience, "Mom, now I know why you trust Pride so much!" Highly recommended!! And when you visit, if you get to talk to Darrell, who is one of the co-owners, you might even tease him a bit about being "the other brother Darrell." (Yeah, I was a big "Newhart" fan and Im totally dating myself here!)

I wish I could even begin to explain how thankful I am for getting referred to Pride !!!! They were there for us when no one else was and I MEAN NO ONE.... not even insurance. I worked with many of the guys here while my car was there and ALL of them made me feel safe and comfortable through the whole experience, I knew right away my car was in a great place. They dont try to rip you off or tell you you need all this extra stuff and I wish I even had the words to say how much Adam went out of his way and pulled so hard for us when the insurance was low balling their way through any repair possible! I will be back very soon for my breaks to get fixed her and I will more than likely not go anywhere else ever again!!!! Thanks Adam, Mark, Tony and ALL who helped us SO much the last over a week!!!!
