I needed an oil change and decided to drive over to this location. While in route I called them to find out what the wait time was. The call was answered and I was immediately placed on hold. I was on hold for at least 7 minutes. I know it was close to 7 minutes because I was able to actually drive to the location, walk through the door and was still on hold. When I walked in I thought it was going to be a frenzy of activity and busyness. It was just one guy behind the counter who felt he had to give the customer currently in front of him the lowdown on discount tire shops and how bad they are. I sat there for an additional 4 minutes WHILE STILL ON HOLD. Finally I had enough. I stood up and slowly began walking to the door. This guy didnt miss a beat. Still didnt pick the call up that he had on hold (my call lol) nor did he attempt to reach out to me as I walked out the door. This wouldnt have been such a bad experience had the gentleman checked back in with me when I was on hold the first 3 minutes or even acknowledged me when I initially walked in with a, "Hey welcome to Tires Plus Ill be right with you". I got nothing. He was so engrossed in putting down other businesses and showing how much he knew that he lost a customer. Dont get me wrong Im not against people sharing knowledge or wanting to be helpful. But man, manage your activity and above all acknowledge the new customers that want to do business with you. At that point I wouldve told him dont worry about the guy on hold, its me, Im here now. I dont get it. Hopefully they will take notice of this review and do something different.

I went in for an alignment. I knew my front tires were a in need of replacement, but they were under warranty at another place and I was going to deal with that later. I dropped my car off and about 4 hours later got a call telling me that all my tires needed to be replaced and that I was risking them peeling off when I drove. I almost shelled out 400+ for tires until my friend said to wait and go somewhere else. I took my car in to another place the next day who actually replaced my front tires at no charge because they were under warranty still and who also told me that my back tires had a lot of tread left and that I could wait several months to have done. I ended up paying 3.21 elsewhere with way better customer service. I am only sad now that I paid 85 for my alignment and it still is pulling! DO NOT GO THERE!

Just spent 45 minutes trying to check out. That was after they finished replacing a flat tire. It was covered under the road hazard warranty, but was not repairable so they had to replace it. The staff was poorly trained on how to use the software, which why it took so long to check out. They then charged me for a new Road Hazard warranty, plus shop fees, and all the other fees for a new tire, which I guess should be expected, but wasnt. The cashier then gave me the incorrect change. He gave me back 5 dollars too much, and I let him know, then he still gave me the wrong change, but as you can imagine I was ready to leave.

After getting new tires from this place a few months ago, I noticed one tire had a slow leak. Took it in 2 weeks ago, and was told my rim was bad, and needed 4 new rims, since this one was bad they all must be! Funny, they never mentioned this when they put the new tires on! I took my car to a competitor down the street yesterday, they did some grinding and fixed the rim, but found the REAL CAUSE, and removed a NAIL! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

After scheduled maintenance service (my cars, not me) over the years at Tires Plus, I recently had some unexpected mechanical issues with one of our vehicles which was addressed by the staff & resolved above & beyond the call of duty....both Store Mgr. Jon & Asst. Mgr. Ben need to be commended for their honesty & customer service & I will certainly be back when needed (well, my cars, anyway).....isnt this what the "Plus" in Tires Plus is all about?

I took my car in for a flat, they "fixed" it and 4 days later I went back in due to it being low again. This time around they told me that I needed a whole new wheel and I would be better off just getting rims for my whole car rather than just one. Second opinion proved my rim was in mint condition and they simply did not patch my tire correctly the first time around. The Manager needs new managerial skills and Mechanics need to return to school.

I somehow managed to pick up a key (yes... A KEY) in my rear driver side tire. It was bad enough that I could hear the tire hissing, so to the tire shop we went. They were able to get us in, repaired and rotated in about an hour. I didnt have any of my paperwork with me (I bought the tires here about seven months ago) but they found me an honored the hazard coverage (thank goodness). Ill never go anywhere else.

Had an issue with getting my tires pro rated. Then sales guy tried to sell me the same tires after i had issues with them.. Went on web to look at the review for those tires as the guy was stating they were good and the first 20 reviews were the same issue i had.. Short tread life. After i showed him the review he still tries to sell me the tires. I left after that. I will never go to another tires plus again

I was pleasantly surprised at my great experience here. Im not in Parker much but had to do an emissions test so I decided to stop here for an oil change and tire balance. Service was incredibly friendly and down to earth. No hard sell, no talking down to you. Just nice guys explaining whats wrong and not trying to sell you the store. Its a drive but may be worth it in the future. Very happy.

The worst service Ive ever had. I went to this place just to change my oil, Ive been overcharged, they said the full synthetic service includes lubrication of chassis, which they didnt do it and finally they overfilled the oil, now my engine is knocking. Stupid stuff! Ill never go there agan.

I have taken my vehicles to several different places over the last 7 years and this place exceeds my expectations BY FAR. They are honest and I never feel like Im being taken advantage of. I HIGHLY recommend this location for quality service.
