My first review was written a day after I had brought my Jeep home, a couple weeks following were a complete joke. The vehicle I had traded in had still not been paid off, therefore I followed up with them to see what was going on. Travis (former finance manager) had assured me that it was all taken care of, and there were some issues that he was handling with my new financial institution and that there needed to be new paperwork signed because they rejected the last one. Travis told me he would send someone out to me on Monday, of the following week. I never heard from Travis, or Shawn, or anyone so I followed up again on Tuesday. I was then informed Travis had left the company, and no one had any idea where or HOW he got the Jeep financed under the numbers that he gave me.. Safe to say after two weeks of playing phone tag, and arguing back and fourth, they were unable to give me the car I traded in back, because they "had already paid it off" and I was forced to pay an extra $60 a month for my Jeep. I am now under more stress trying to pay a HEFTY car payment monthly. They sent me off with "free" weathertech mats that I had originally ordered with the first finance go around, which were also $30 more expensive then I couldve bought online. I would have never bought my Jeep if I knew that I would be stuck with a payment higher than what I could afford. My original review is posted below, and I am sad that I had such a great experience for it then to be completely ruined. I still love my Jeep, but would have rather went somewhere else and made a car payment I was more comfortable with. My credit score has also been destroyed because of the MANY MANY times they ran my credit to try and find alternative options so they didnt have to lower the price of the Jeep. I sent gushing reviews, recommended a friend to check out their Subarus, and even received a box of cookies from them... All to be made out a fool and be unhappy with my new purchase. If there were 6 stars, I would use 6! Shawn was AMAZING! He worked with me all week long to make my new car happen for me! Made sure all the paperwork was ready to be signed before I got there which made the dealership experience well worth it! Shawn even stayed past his shift to accommodate my work schedule! I would recommend this dealership to everyone! Such a great experience. Thanks so much guys! I love my new Jeep :)

I hate to do this, but it was not right what happened. So many red flags that all I wanted them to do at the end was be real and own up they were running a bait and switch in my opinion. Here are the Red Flags: 1) We were discussing a purchase price at $25,400. I asked if there was room to budge, I am coming in with cash to purchase. They said of course. Went back and talked to management and came back with a new price! Starting purchase price was now $26,612 and they took the discount off of that! They acted like I didnt understand, they decided to take the discount off of the book price.... Bait and Switch beyond a doubt. Shady.... 2) Lets talk about Kelly blue book price at $26,612, we looked up the exact features and mileage on my phone and it came back fair purchase price at 22,918 - 25,380..... Come on guys... I say I am a cash buyer and all rules go out the window? Nickel and Dime is the term I believe. 3) They offered to see what they could offer me for financing if I pulled the trigger now. I said sure but it has to be better than 2.99% @ 60 months. They said they can beat it at 1.49%!!! That was awesome I thought, and they wanted to push it through, I am game! Until I realized I didnt see term length and I asked and it was 36 months after they said they had matched and beat it!! Trying to slip one past me.... Really guys? 4) Finally, they brought the manager out at the end to hard close, or try to explain themselves, no idea why, I just wanted to leave at this point. I told him the red flags, he said he had no idea, but was sorry. I just wanted them to be real with me. Instead I was told I am not the first or last person that will buy a car from him..... I come from friends and family in the car industry. No one can begin to fathom what just happened to me. I feel the same way. I can not speak for the whole staff but if a manager does this, then I would avoid them at all "costs".

I purchased a used 2002 Pontiac Grand Am last December with 81,000 miles on it. It was a one owner and the dealership told me that it had just had a through mechanical once over. I researched and checked everything pertinent that I could find on this vehicle, and it seemed to be a good deal. The dealership would not budge on the price so I paid them top dollar for this vehicle thinking that it would be a good vehicle for my granddaughter when she started to drive. Had the car 6 months and low and behold I was driving down the road and it quit. The timing chain had jumped and the engine was damaged to the tune of $3,500! So what I have now found out is that this is a common problem with this Pontiac Grand Am. Greeley Subaru is owned by Weld County Garage who was a Pontiac dealer so they should have known this. The dealership said there was no way they could have known or prevented this happening, however I have been told that the KIA dealership told someone that a 60,000 mile checkup should include changing the timing chain as this is not an uncommon occurrence. I understand the concept of "as is" however I believe there is a responsibility in selling used cars to know what could be a future problem and prevent it. I had hoped that they would at least offer me their best deal on a replacement vehicle and was prepared to buy a new vehicle. When the salesman presented me with their best offer on a Mazda CX-5 he started at MSRP $4,000 higher than what I had found to be a fair price online. At the Honda dealership their best offer was invoice. I purchased a Honda CRV for $5,000 less than what I was offered at Greeley Subaru. Although I may not have a recourse due to the "as is" clause I will take every opportunity I can to let everyone I know of this dealerships refusal to stand behind a sale.

Best car buying experience EVER. My wife and I were looking for a new car we wanted to see how the current selection of Subarus stacked up again the cars we had looked at elsewhere. Gene Foos greeted us with a smile, was not pushy, simply asked what we were looking for and presented us with the options available on the lot. My wife ended up loving the Subaru Legacy. Most of all because we were buying a car and the Legacy provided the best driving experience of the cars we had tried. After testing cars all day there was no competition. Not to mention the safety ratings for the Legacy were exceptional and the great deal we were given on the car. From here it just got better. The friendly folks at Greeley Subaru were fantastic. Stephen, the product specialist, went over the vehicle with my wife and even sat down with me to clue me in on a few features of my 2011 Subaru. For the paperwork, Angel was exceptionally friendly, yet she took the time to go over the details and provide further options, and gave us time to review before asking us to sign. After, she pointed me in the right direction to find parts and goodies for my older Subaru. To top it off, Greeley Subaru has an event every few months to help you get to know the vehicle. At this event they went over the cars, provided basic maintenance tips and explained the humanitarian work that the dealership had been involved with. All in all my wife and I left feeling like we had been taken in by family. We were happy with the car, Gene the sales man, the other members of the sales team, the service technicians and the overall kindness and generosity that the dealership shows to the community and its customers.
