I am only giving this dump 1 star because I have to..This place is almost responsible for the death of my family. This nightmare began on tuesday of this week its now thursday and still dealing with it. I took my vehicle in for a simple brake job and while driving home the front wheel fell off.. and my family was almost killed as we skidded 300 yards downp the freeway. I had to pay $100 out of pocket to have the vehicle towed and was reassured by the ppl at just brakeswould take care of everything... They didnt my husband sat there 9hrs yesterday they baisclly blackmailed us kept us and our car hostage and was guna put all the damaged parts back on and tow it back towhere it fell off at if i asked them one more time about when my car would be rdy..$3200 in bizz walked out of this est cause they herd this manager on phone yelling and telling me i was a liar and im wrong. Mike Hall I will stop at nothing I will dedicate two hrs a day to come boycott this place. sux that Justin and that dude Will have to wrk at such shiddy place and for a tyrant like Mike Hall... dude threatns you as hes sitting in vegas getting drunk... After inspection they told me that it will require $1600 to fix the brakes. I was shocked. I said that with 1600 I can buy another van. Then they said how much much do you want to spend? I said 200. They said minimum it will cost 800 with used parts. I had no other options left and I agreed to pay. Ill never go to this place again. I am feeling like they robbed me. Today, on July 20th I am again here with same van with same issues. One of the employee called Justin tried to convince me that that they did the basic work and its usual to hear the noise from the brakes. I told him that its constant noise all the time and more noise during braking. After the road test they asked me wait while they are inspecting. Please never come to this place. Its very costly yet not reliable work. I regret for my decision to give a try here. It became 849$ learning lesson. This is what they charged me and now as I am writing this review they are preparing another quote. Now they came to with 266$ quote and saying that they are no longer Just Brakes but now Pep Boys.

The absolute worse experience ive ever had.... 3Days later im still here waiting on my car... Been here since 9am its 3pm... I brought my truck here on Tuesday to get front brake pads... Turned out it was my nack pads that I just had replaced here 2months ago... They replaced pads I left ..5miles dwn rd my gd front right wheel jus falls off doing 50mph we almost flipped scared my kids very bad... We cooda died or been really hurt... Well I get out I see what happened I call them right away and let them knw wtf jus happened... They were very very rude about it kpt placing nlame on eachother... Made me pay $100 to "cooter" from front range towing to get it back to shop... Promised Me they would reimburse me for tow... And fix all damages and I can pick my ride up Tuesday morning at 9am I got bs excuses all day as to why they still didnt have it rdy... I had to reschedule a drs appt twice! I am still here waiting on them to evn start the job.... Its bn a NIGHTMARE.... PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR BIZZ HERE....

Worst service of any kind. "Only Honda can service an alignment of the rear wheels" WRONG, I had a real mechanic do it in 10 minutes after you "couldnt". "Weve done all we can for the alignment of your vehicle" WRONG, an actual, certified, and competent mechanic looked under the vehicle (yes, as in up on a lift like you might find in an auto servicing bay) and determined that one would first have to wash the dried mud in order to even attempt an alignment... which they did... after you claimed to have done one... difference this time? No more "wobble" Like MAGIC, a real mechanic did exactly what we wanted!!! Now please refund my money and STOP sending me "coupons" jerks.

Hands-down the best shop I have ever been to. All of their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they are willing to work with you on the price to make sure you get what you need for what you can afford. My Jeep needed a new fuel pump and wouldnt start, so Justin sent out a tow truck to me for free! A huge help when I was already spending a lot of money on repairs. They are always super fast with their service, and are open until 7pm nightly and are even open on Sunday. I will never take my cars anywhere else!

Oh my gosh just brakes care on the corner of Platt and circle are amazing...for every car problem i have had in the past and then today they have been Johnny on the spot..very honest open in communication and know their work and how to operate in the public.csnt say enough on how great there customer service is along with thier work . Love Andrew and Justin who works there . A big thank you to them u r a 5 in my book and I will SHOUT IT OUT LOUD !

Beware! Had a master cylinder replaced last year only it was a defective part. These "professionals" claimed it was working fine so I had to get my car fixed elsewhere. Having a warranty means nothing if they wont honor it. The manager said hed work on getting me a refund then never called me back. And whenever I would call I was told he wasnt in. Go somewhere with honest business practices; youll be happy and probably wont spend nearly as much.

This place is seriously amazing!!! The staff is super friendly and so helpful. Justin, I believe was his name, went out of his way to save me money when I brought my car in. They even picked me up from my rental car place when my car was fixed. They really care about their customers and I tell everyone I know about this place. I couldnt be happier with the service I was given. They went above and beyond!

Justin and his team are awesome! Super nice and friendly. The manager Josh was very honest with me and had my car ready on time. Didnt try to feed me a line and try charging me more. Justin took really good care of me and beat Good Years price. Ron did a wonderful job replacing my Tie Rod the staff was very knowledgeable even showed me what was wrong with the old tie rod, and replaced the boot that covers my Tie Rod at no charge since it looked like a slinky. Very knowledgeable and very professional an all around great shop. Thank you Justin and Ron.

I have been going here for years as I was referred by q friend. Never had a bad experience. Will and Justin are are super friendly, and the new manager Josh is very knowledgeable and efficient, very rare to see a manager got out and get his hands dirty, but he did! I will be going here very soon to have brake work and oil change done.
