Its kind of funny reading reviews. People are so entitled these days. I dont write reviews, but Im so thankful and happy with this midas location that I have to show my gratitude. Im writing this in the summer of 2016 so things might have changed by the time youre reading this. (Im going to go into detail. You have been warned) Ive been going to this location for over 2 years now. I get oil changes and anything else I need to get done for the 2 cars me and my wife own. I am not a car guy by any means and have been taken advantage of by other auto shops because of my lack of knowledge. (I found out later) Never, EVER, have I liked taking my car in to get stuff done. And believe it or not I actually dont mind it now. Zach and Luke are the main guys that talk to the customers. Both are extremely nice and will talk you through anything, respectfully. When I went to other places to get car stuff done its always like they are trying to up sell you stuff and just quoting of a list of things they need to say to you. Here, its just like talking to a friend, seriously. As for pricing, I cant tell you if they have the best deals. I just go to places where I feel honest people work. I can tell you this though. At one point I was working on a ranch and rabbits would get under the hood of my car and chew on the wires. It happened to me and the guy I worked with. He had to pay 500 bucks (even with the help of his insurance) just to get the wires soldered back together. They didnt have to re wire his car or anything they just soldered them. I took my car to midas when my wires got chewed and they soldered it for just 100 bucks (without my insurance being involved) Other than that time, their pricing seems average to me. Nothing to write home about. I take 2 cars to them. One car I just want it to get me from A to B. The other, I want in the best condition possible. They know this and honor it. They dont try to sell me anything I dont want or push me. They know what I want for each car and thats it. I love it. I dont ever feel pressured. Its truly a relief. I dont go to the midas on E. Pine Ln. because of prices or because its fancy or anything (although they do have wifi so I can watch videos on my phone while I wait) I go because I honestly trust them. I go because Im treated with respect and they always get my cars running the way I want. This is the first place ever that I go to that I actually know people who work there by name. Ive never had that before. I guess I would have to say the biggest reason I go there is because Im not treated like a person you try to sell things to, Im treated more as a friend. And for that I am grateful. Thank you to the guys who work there. You are doing and have done a great job for me.

Their prices are fair and their staff is friendly and helpful. We have been taking both our HHR and our Jeep to them anytime we need just an oil change or any other service. They justify where every cost goes by itemizing it on their invoice which I like, and they guarantee their work. For the bad reviews saying that they had to wait for an oil change too long or they are expensive. You wait sometimes a little longer because they are busy and like to put the time into your vehicle to be sure it is properly taken care of. Two hours is not a long wait. If it is, the super 8 is right next door, go take a nap. And as far as price. Most mechanics cost more if not the same and they dont guarantee their work most of the time. I recently got an invoice for $1600. I wasnt that excited about it. But once I looked at everything itemized, I seen where all of the money went and I felt so much better about it. I will continue to take my vehicles to them and would recommend them to anyone.

March 2017: Midas in Parker is knowledgeable, HONEST, and awesome! I brought my sons car to Christian Brothers in Castle Rock for a $90 alignment, but Christian Brothers told me they couldnt get the outer tie-rods off so they suggested a $1600 power steering rack replacement (with only a 2 yr warranty). That sounded strange and so I brought my sons car to Midas in Parker and they got the tie-rods off fine with no difficulty. I asked them for an estimate for the whole power-steering rack work, and they came in $400 less, with a 5 yr warranty (instead of Christian Brothers 2 yrs). Midas in Parker is awesome -- honest, and knowledgeable. Im glad that theyre my main place I use for my car now. Feb 2016: Service is great, people are knowledgeable, and the owner is really nice -- he gave me a ride home when I needed. I keep coming back for service here. Dont know why people are saying the service is bad or the owner is rude.

They almost killed me and my family, dont risk you or your familys life. I went to get a oil change and alignment. First off they didnt tighten the oil filter and oil stained my drive way and ran my car completely dry. Then they didnt tighten the bolts for the alignment and i lost control of my truck almost causing me to crash with my 4 kids on the highway. Andy promised to make it right by doing it again but once again they did it wrong, they had it set way off and destroyed my tires I had just bought 3 months ago. I asked him to make it right after I got all the information from a different shop of what they did wrong yet again by helping pay for new tires and he refused and would only give me a free oil change. This place is liable to cause serious accidents by there horrible negligence, I pray they dont kill anyone.

Recently I had an issue with my car overheating (coolant fan/motor) and I took it into Midas. They diagnosed a problem with the fan and replaced it but then realized that power was not getting there. The repair was getting more and more expensive with the need for more parts. However, the part they ordered the second time included the parts they used for the initial repair. Instead of charging me for all these parts, they let me know they could return unused parts and pass the savings back to me. Their honesty and dialogue with me each step of the way saved me a lot of money and gave me the piece of mind I was dealing with a good shop. I always take my vehicles here now for Zach and his crew to service. Thank you!

This franchised location is a rip off. The owner is extremely rude. We took a truck here for repair, told them exactly what was wrong with it. The mechanics never test drove the truck then charged us over $700 after we picked the truck up the only gears the truck would go into is 1st and overdrive. When we spoke to the owner he basically told us to go away and not come back even though the work is supposed to be under warranty. This is by far the worst mechanic shop ever. I grew up with a father as a mechanic, he would never treat a CUSTOMER this way. I will make it my goal to get the word around about this place. Over 400 Facebook friends in and around Parker and asking all to share so you wont get ripped off too!!
