Just got junk mail from you today, you can change your name all you want, Im still not coming in and you need to just stop sending me useless wastes of trees begging me to come back to your sorry pit hole of lies and deceit. Left me high and dry right after having a baby too (car broke the day I was scheduled for an induction had to taxi it) . Fixed one thing caused another and it was the problem I needed fixed the most after the 600 belt repair, you guys damn near caused that engine to blow not telling exactly what it was that needed fixed so after 400 dollars on top of all that, I quit. I babied my 05 neon and bought something for a bigger family in the 2014 suv district as soon as I had the money and I refuse to go here any longer for services. So disappointing that I had been going here since 2012. Had motor mounts replaced when I first got the thing cause all 4 needed, and honestly, they did, but they started going out again after just 3 short years, why? Because it gives them more money to put the crappy stock type in that was flawed in the design to begin with, had a friend in this type of business tell me there were other improved styles. Thanks for wasting money. Cant trust anybody these days.

To start I have a 06 Jeep Wrangler that seems to be plagued with problems. I was in search of a local repair shop to handle some wiring issues I had. Turns out I needed a new computer, did my research and found Intechgrity. They gave me all the costs up front and kept to the prices agreed on. Unfortunately, had another issue with the Jeep and they were up front again on the pricing and helped out a little since everything that I was getting repaired was really adding up. Great group of people and are really helpful in identifying and correcting issues. I also want to add that they really do cover their work. After repairing the computer and turn signal, the signals stopped working and they got me back in right away and repaired the issue for no cost.

I had several issues with my Ford Expedition and was going to sell it, when I took it to Intechgrity for its last oil change. The guys did the oil change and pointed out all the issues I knew about and some I didnt. I really didnt want to hear the same old story other shops told me about, but the guys at Intechgrity told me they could fix all the issues at a reasonable price. When the estimate and cost was explained to me I was surprised. Not only did they fix my car and fixed it right, they did it at a reasonable price and fast. They saved me a ton of money, time and frustration. Ill be a customer for life and will recommend them to everyone I know!

Went in to these guys with a perp. flat tire and check engine light on my jeep. Rotation and patching of bad tire was next to no cost. We discussed options, they did not pressure me into anything, and a d iagnostic, transmission oil and filter replacement, plus a new sensor for the cylinders was determined the fixing point. After a couple of days they called me back and the car runs great. All in all, per my invoice, parts were quoted at about as cheap as I could source them myself, and labor was in the ballpark. Thank you guys very much, I will be a repeat.

I tried out Integrity Automotive on a recommendation from a neighbor. Todd and the team at integrity did a great job working with me on scheduling, helping me prioritize what needed to be done most urgently so that I could stay within my price range, and even went as far as to pick up the car from my place of work and return it to my home. I had a slow leak in my front passenger tire. I took it to InTercgrity Automotive after I got off. I thought it was not a good ideal since I was tired. They immediately had a Technician check my tire, and repaired it quicker than I could have imagined! They made my day! I got 3 vehicles from Carhop within a 2 month time frame and Ive taken my cars to this place and everyone has been very helpful and understanding. They took the time to fix my last vehicle I got from carhop. I recommend DO NOT go to Carhop and get a car there a rip off and ALL there cars break down. Intechgrity is the BEST place to get your car fixed. They are very nice and great customer service. This place is beyond recommended. Travis is awesome.

Todd went above and beyond when we needed oil changes. He came to our house and picked up our cars to take them in when we were on vacation. When we returned, both cars were returned, cleaned and had the oil changes done. We couldnt thank him enough for the hospitality he showed to us.
