Its never a good time to need a mechanic, but when you do its good to know a fabulous one. From outstanding customer service to great workmanship, everyone at Advance Quality Auto Repair, in Elizabeth and Kiowa, has been a relief to interact with. We have needed help twice in as many months and were fortunate to have found them the first time and now a second. Terribly cold, +1 degree outside, snowing... the radiator blows. Really? I called, Chance remembered my husband and they picked him up and towed him in immediately. Even had a loaner car until the work is completed... which could be a few days given the current weather and all the work needed. . The first time doing business with them was pleasant and memorable. The second was the kicker. They have a customer for life. Thanks Chance, Dustin, Nicky and the rest of your team!

The guys here are great. They were able to fit me in at last minute and gave great insight and knowledge about what was going on with my tire balance issues. Plus, their waiting area was really warm on a cold, February morning! I will definitely be going back for future maintenance/repairs!
