Ive never left a review on google but in this case I must. I took my old buick in to have a combo switch replaced. After getting into it they diagnosed it was a turn switch that was needed and after receiving the part late in the day they attempted to finish the work before the close of day. Jim informed me they would not be able to get it done and Id have to leave my vehicle there over the weekend. Being my only vehicle and needed for work over the weekend Jim went above and beyond and paid for a rental vehicle over the weekend. TALK ABOUT SERVICE! Jim drove me to pick up the vehicle and stayed till everything was taken care of. Chase automotive even provided a ride from where I dropped the rental off back to their shop to pick up my vehicle. They offer free shuttle service within 10 miles of their shop and the work they did for me they stand behind with a 2 year warranty. I have had family and friends speak highly of their work and this being my first experience with them I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality shop. You may have to pay a bit more than some shops for certain work but I actually found them to be cheaper then the dealership and another reputable shop that was a lot further from me for the particular work I needed done. I also have to mention I had to replace a fusible link that needed to be soldered. Jim was unable to locate the part I needed and allowed me to bring in my own part that I was able to get from pull and pay up the street. They normally dont allow you to bring in your own parts but since Jim was unable to locate the part I needed they overlooked it this time. I dont receive the warranty on the used part and Im fine with that. They even went as far as to top off my coolant and replace 2 tail light bulbs that were out. Love the way they took care of the little details! Also recieved a 22 pt inspection and a list of some minor work that will need to be done. It has been a week and the work was well done and clean on the fusible link and the turn signal is working like new! I cant thank Jim and the rest of these guys enough for the top quality service! I trust them for my future electrical needs and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a dependable shop that fix it right the first time!

Diesel Emissions testing was done here a few days ago. Got the truck in and out fast, and informed me ahead of time to have it on the lowest tune setting. I asked them about all my mods pre-testing all of which they informed me should be fine in lowest settings: (Stage 1s, Custom Tuning, Aftermarket Turbo etc). That was nice to know before-hand. But, there were a few things I didnt like so much. Take this for what it is, you may not care: Their testing equipment doesnt have a dyno. I thought this was required as other shops all gave me HP numbers with my test results - guess not. Not a big deal, but for the same price, you might as well do it somewhere else and get more info about your truck. The fact that they dont dyno kinda made sense when I started to get the anti-mod / stock-only vibes. I couldnt see myself asking a single question or getting advice on aftermarket modifications for Diesels from these guys since my truck is not at all stock. Was nice to hear pre-testing that my mods should be ok, but I dont think they really knew. I also wanted to talk about my higher opacity numbers. Even though it was within range, I wanted to get an idea if that was normal with stage 1s, if I should be looking for another tuner, what they see from other trucks with similar setups etc. Just got a lot of blank stares and no comments. Was a little uncomfortable as they clearly wanted me out the door / out of the way. All of this doesnt really sit well with me as most people who own 7.3s, 6.0s and 6.4s are into aftermarket. Unless its just a stock work truck you dont care about, there are very few people who keep these engines 100% stock. If you want to stay relevant, you have to change with the times. And if I want to spend my time and money giving my truck another 400hp, then why not take some of it and help me out? The search goes on for a good Diesel shop in Denver… until then, the forums are my friend.

Worst Diesel Mechanics Ever. I have run a fleet of trucks for over 30 years, I have worked with many shops over the years and have found chase to be the worst I have ever encountered. They have made mistakes they would not stand behind that have cost me thousands of dollars to repair. Save your self a huge head ache and Money and find a reputable, trusted company that stands behind their work. Since I have had this problem with Chase automotive in Aurora I have talked to many others in the industry and have found that their reputation that was reasonably good at one time is sliding fast and their quality and willingness to stand behind their product is failing. It definitely is not the company it once was. Their incompetence to do a basic inspection when the vehicle was first purchased cost me over $3000 when the next inspection was due. My shop is with in minutes of there shop and is very convenient for me. I will drive across the city before I have one of my 8 trucks to them for any kind of service. I would not let them fix a flat on one of my vehicles

We took my car in on Monday, the 5th, for a warranty issue. They honored their warranty, and the car is running fine now, but I left frustrated for sure. No one called me on Monday to give me an update on my car, even though we dropped it off around 10:30 in the morning, which was a problem because I had to scramble to find a ride to work Tuesday; granted I could have called to check on it, but by the time I noticed they didnt call, it was just past closing. I called Tuesday and was told the car was ready, but when I went to pick it up at 5, they told me they had given the key to another customer so I had to wait until 5:30 for the other customer to bring my key back so I could go home. I was really underwhelmed by the customer service.

Went in for diesel emissions testing. Couldnt be nicer people. However my vehicle had a check engine light on when it went in and they said nothing UNTIL I PAID THEM and at that time told me it failed because of said light. They certainly could have told me not to waste my time knowing it was going to fail and instead get it fixed and come back. That would have created a customer for life. So they took my money, knowing it wouldnt pass and took my time which I will also never get back. Feeling taken advantage of is never a good way to do business.

I brought my 1983 Porsche 944 that Im restoring and turning into a show car to have engine work done to it. They did such an outstanding Job on the Porsche. Its hard to find an honest mechanic these days. Chase is the shop of choice in Aurora. They are very dependable and reliable. I highly recommend anyone who has mechanical issues to take youre car to Chase Automotive. Ask for Danny hes youre guy to talk to. Steve with Maaco of Aurora.
