If I could give this place more stars I would! I was taking a cross country road trip from PA to CA when my engine light came on just outside of Littleton. I showed up with no appointment on a holiday weekend and despite being booked solid, they very kindly took pity on me and read the code. Since it was a quick fix, they took care of the problem right then and checked to make sure I was good to go the rest of the way to CA. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patiently answered all my questions (there were a lot) and gave me useful advice (and didnt make me feel like an idiot for not checking my oil)! They bent over backwards to accommodate a stressed out traveler on a schedule and were thoughtful and unfailing nice the entire time. They were very knowledgeable and I never once felt like they were taking advantage of a stranger who clearly knew nothing about cars (a problem I have had in the past). This is the kind of place that reassures you that amazing people are out there, even in the stressful times of car troubles! I highly recommend this place and if I were staying in the area, would not hesitate to make this my permanent garage! Wonderful people, great location, and excellent facility!

This is the best auto shop I have ever been to! Each staff member is so kind from the phone call to the visit in person, and not only are they kind, they genuinely care about you, your vehicle, and your safety on the road. They go above and beyond what you would expect from an auto shop. The lobby/restroom is super clean, there are complimentary snacks and beverages, and the owners wife, Andrea, actually took time to speak with us while we waited. I have already recommended friends and family here and will continue to do so!

Over the holiday weekend my car wouldnt stop leaking coolant and my engine kept over heating. I was next to this shop on the road. I parked my car there, put a note with my keys through the slot, hoping they would be able to fix my car. They had the best customer service! They were able to fix my car in a timely manner! They found the problem and only charged me a fair, honest price. I now have a new auto shop to call home!

Old Fashioned Schools

This is such a great location. Ive had nothing but horrible trouble with the Highlands Ranch CBA so, I took my car here and they had it fixed in one day. They even had to order a part and not only did before calling me me but had it in and were ready to do finish the work. The manager, Matt and the owner Spencer were there to greet me, super friendly...the best possible service for my car and customer service.

These guys are awesome!! My car broke down right at Simms and Bowles and Spencer came out and helped me push the car to the shop. Always honest with fair pricing. Super great customer service. Free shuttle rides back and forth. We used to take our cars to the highlands ranch store and our super excited theyve opened one up in littleton right by our house. Well continue to take our vehicles to these guys.

I went in for a problem that I thought had been overlooked on my last service there. Spencer met me and personally checked my car, put my mind at ease and gave me a little extra oil (I think just to make me feel better). Even though I goofed up, they took care of me anyway. Cant say enough positive about the service there. Great guys!
