I took my wifes jeep in because the dual climate control was only working on one side. They said the a/c blend door was boned which makes sense but it was too expensive to bother fixing so we didnt get it done. Took the truck home and realized that the ac/heat blower was no longer functioning and that something somewhere was leaking coolant. Took it back to have them look at it and they said the radiator was leaking and that could also be why the blower wasnt working. I can see that affecting the quality of the air but not the blower itself so personally I think that judgement was poor for a professional mechanic. I questioned why I went in for one problem and came home with three and they wouldnt even entertain the idea that while evaluating my vehicle that they did some damage to it. Its an oldish vehicle and I can see that the coolant leak could have been pre-existing and probably just became more obvious after they filled it up but I would also believe that while investigating my blend door they did break my blower somehow and refused to accept any culpability for that or do anything to ensure that I walked away from the transaction happy. Poor mechanical judgement, poor customer service. Never going back. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I am so grateful to the sweet people who run this shop. In March, we drove from TX to CO for a family ski trip. On our way back down the mountains, our car vibrated horribly every time we slowed down. We stopped in at Meineke in Littleton, on a Friday afternoon no less, expecting that no one would take us in on a Friday afternoon, but these kind people did! They machined the rotars, charged a reasonable rate, and had us on our way in under an hour!!! And that was after servicing 2 cars ahead of us. I could not believe it! Our car rode smoothly the rest of the drive home and ever since. THANK YOU!

I went in for a basic oil change and was happy with the front desk and the price. However, upon looking at my car the following day I realized my oil was over-filled by 2 quarts. Additionally, they had broke my hood latch and my oil pan bolt seal. Upon calling to convey my situation the manager took no responsibility for the broken items and insisted that "other" leaking fluids must be draining into my oil pan. Obviously that was not the case after having only driven four miles since the oil change. Dont be lured in by the kind lady at the front desk-- Take your car to some real professionals

The first time I went here I had a great experience with the manager. They were unable to work on my car so they drove it to a dealer who could work on it with no charge. However, a couple months later I made a call asking if I could set up an appointment (unrelated problem, different car). The person said that I could just bring it in whenever I wanted. I brought it in the next morning and sure enough, they wouldnt have time to work on it. I guess it depends who helps you out.

Every time I come here it wreaks of cigarette smoke including in the waiting area. Its pretty miserable. I have asthma and I always feel like I need to take my inhaler just to wait for an oil change. Also a little frustrating, the customer copy always list issues that were never discussed with you but will state recommended but decline by the customer. Its nice not feeling like theyre being pushy on services, but if certain things need to be discussed, then they should be.

Friendly service, nice waiting area. Poor access to the location, as it is hidden behind a Valero self serve, and it seems like you are driving into a secret location. It is accessible only through a mid block turnoff on the eastbound side of Chatfield just west of the Kipling/Chatfield intersection. If you approach from the east, you have to turn across 2 lanes of eastbound Chatfield traffic at the Valero and immediately turn left before passing Valero.

I heard about this place from a friends neighbor. The online scheduling was simple. The employees were very friendly and the service was quick. I just went in for an oil change. The waiting room is nothing special, but its functional and I dont choose my service centers based on the waiting room. Quality of service, speed of service, and the ability to make an appointment without having to wait for days are all more important.

Great shop! Very down to earth and they dont try to screw you or up sell you. Prompt, friendly professional service and great work. Basically the opposite of Eagle Automotive across the street that charges you $50 just to look at your car and tries to up-sell you on everything. I highly recommend this Meineke!
