had a great experience with Tires Plus the other day. gentleman named Chad Smolen took complete control of managing a complete 4 wheel tire swap and he was nice, pleasant, and fast. took the time to educate and explain everything, gave me important advice and felt very confident about his abilities and it showed. I drove out of there like it was a new car. fantastic job. fantastic guy. I was in really good hands with Chad and its been a week and like I mentioned earlier its like driving a new car. really impressed and highly recommend the Arvada shop. 5 stars or whatever your best rating is. this is the second positive feedback Ive given Tires Plus. the first one had to do with 2 great mechanics named Jeff Sosias and Tiffany Baker who fixed my problem the first time in excellent time and at a great price. really dedicated, gave great future advice which i followed cause they knew what they were talking about and that leads up to now. perfect wheels and perfect tires. great service with a great warranty and a future repeat customer. theres hundreds of tire shops in Denver but the only one ill ever use is 5325 Olde Wadsworth Blvd. in Arvada. great service and Jeff, Tiffany, and Chad work there. Im in safe hands. please dont take this in a negative way but the second time i went back for the full tire swap I asked if they got my first review and they never heard of it and it kinda hurt my feelings that Jeff and Tiffany never got a kudos or good job done from the top brass cause they worked really hard and it would be nice to give them credit where its due. plus it took a long time to write and was hoping it went the right direction. could you please thank Chad, Jeff, and Tiffany and anyone i didnt mention on a job well done. thank you for your time and attention and thanks for my tires as well. peace.

Long story short: this shop tried to scam me out of $1200. I originally brought my van in to get its alignment done, but when I got there I decided I realized how bad my shocks were too so for the convenience of the shop I agreed to bring my van in to get everything done together the next week because the technicians didnt want to have to get under my van more than once. I brought my van back a week later and thought they performed the service which they had promised, only to get there to pick it up and be informed that only my shocks had been replaced and the tech had left early without finishing my van. So the gray haired guy at the counter apologized and said he would discount my alignment for me if I could bring it back in another time. By this point Im a little frustrated but I agree to bring my van back a 3rd time. So I return a week later and drop the van off, thinking that its finally going to get its alignment done. Well, I return to pick up my van to find it sitting on the rack and the guy brings me into the shop and tells me about how it needs to get its king pins and bearings replaced which would cost a total of $1200. My van had just recently passed a full vehicle inspection so I decided to bring it to the shop that has done over $1500 in work on my van to get a second opinion. It turns out that my van needs neither of those repairs and is just in need of a basic alignment and dust cap, like I thought all along. Im glad I had the common sense to get a second opinion before having them perform the "repairs" because that would have put me out two full weeks worth of money for completely unnecessary service. I would never recommend this shop to anyone, ever, and I regret going through all the trouble I went through to try to have them service my vehicle.

Our company has 4 trucks we have been bringing to this Tires Plus in Arvada for the past few years for oil changes, new tires, new brakes, regular maintenance, etc. We have had so many poor experiences here, that we will no longer be doing any business with them moving forward. Every time we schedule appointments here they are running behind (No phone calls letting us know they are running behind I must say) and they have also had a few times where they completely forgot about our vehicle and never took it in to get worked on! So much for their "30 minute oil change guarantee!" One time, they even strongly recommended I replace the cabin air filter on my 2006 Toyota Tundra, however, 2006 Toyota Tundras do not even have cabin air filters! I will say one of the guys up front, Kellen, is excellent when it comes to customer service. He always has a positive attitude and willing to help. The same cannot be said for the "Manager" Travis. Every time I have seen Travis he acts as if it is an inconvenience bringing a vehicle in. Never seen the guy smile or show any appreciation for continued loyalty to their store. I would never hire a guy like that or want him anywhere near a business of mine. Above anything else, Travis is the main reason I will not be back. DO NOT GO HERE!! Go somewhere where your business is actually appreciated!

Patricia was spectacular. Before I even get into the business side of things, check this out. During the diagnosis of my vehicle, she offered me to sit down and take some coffee. She asked me if I wanted to watch TV. She asked if the temperature of the store was OK. She showed me that I could use the WIFI while waiting. She talked to me like a human being and not just a business customer. I was very impressed already. Then she noticed I was dangerously low on engine oil and had her mechanic put some in at no charge. The diagnosis was much more serious (and expensive) than I thought - a bit too far out of my reach to accept the service at this time. But because Ive come to Tires Plus so often for other repairs, Patricia was able to work some magic and get us down to an affordable amount. There was a ton of work done to the vehicle and she kept us up to date on the time very well. Im absolutely convinced that I would never get this degree of service at the price I paid anywhere else. If I ever need anything done to any of my vehicles, Im coming back here from now on. And if anybody asks me where to go, Ill tell them that this is the ONLY place to go. Thank you all so much for running an unmatchable repair business, especially Store Manager Patricia and the mechanic that worked so hard on my vehicle.

This is the worst expearance Ive ever had any where this store broke my car I just bought a brand new 2015 chevy suv but unfortunately I got a nail in my tire that could not be fixed so contacted these guys at tires plus, they told me they would order the tire and to set a appointment for the next day so I did but had to cancel the following day, and they said no problem we have the tire come in tomorrow so I did and when I got there they blew me off for a hour and told me they did not have the tire cause they misplaced it and to cone back the next day, so when I returned the next day they finally had the tire so I let them put the tire on but when they returned my vehicle to me that I noticed they bent my door out of shape and completely bent up my door, when I told them about it they tried to tell me that it was not there fault until I got the manager to admit it was there fault but when he did he did not say sorry or try to help me in fixing the problem instead gave me a bizness card and wrote on the back of it to call there insurance company then told me prity much that was it and good bye. This is completely a unprofessional business somebody should be getting in trouble for this but instead they destroy my brandnew vehicle and say not my fault call these people.
