Autoworks Colorado is awesome. The owner, Mark, worked closely with me to accurately diagnose a repeated problem I was encountering with my MINI CooperS automatic transmission. The car would occasionally bog down and suddenly downshift. This was extremely dangerous, especially when it happened twice making a left turn in a busy Highlands Ranch intersection. The Autoworks diagnostic computer analysis indicated a faulty D.S.C. module. After replacing the module the car was still occasionally downshifting. Mark asked me to return the car to him for a couple of days. At no cost to me, his technicians reset the factory programing for the engine and transmission and the car has been running perfectly now for two weeks. The final part of this experience was when Mark personally delivered the MINI to my driveway. The personal touch, the integrity, the professionalism were impressive. I will continue to bring my AUDI and MINI to Mark and his technicians…they are simply the best! By the way, his garage is immaculate!!!

I took my 2002 Audi A6 3.0 cause it was leaking a lot of oil and they told me they would call to tell me what the problem was... so when they did call me back they told me that my timing belt, cams, and water pump needs to be replaced and would cost $3,700.00. So they told me I might want to think about what I wanted to do about it. BUT! They said they went ahead and replaced a sensor o-ring some vaccum hoses and guess what! Went ahead and charged me $177.00 for it! Im glad to know that this place would go ahead and work on your without your permission and charge you for it. And Im still leaking a ton of oil... So I went to fix a problem with my car cause it was leaking oil and left with a bill of $177.00 that didnt have anything to do with fixing the problem of oil leaking. What a joke! Just beware they might be scamming you to get money. Oh and BTW I called a few shops that DO specialize in Audis and they said to replace timing belt and everything else would be around 1,000.00.

I bought a used VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI, for which I had a 4 day "try-out" period. I bought this car on extremely short notice because I had been in an accident and needed another car. As such, I wasnt really able to do the appropriate due diligence. The day after buying it, I was wondering if I had made too hasty of a decision (Im pretty particular and thorough with big money decisions, and I felt a bit rushed with this car purchase). I decided I needed a mechanic to inspect the car immediately, since I still had the ability to return it. I explained my situation to Mark, and even though his shop was busy, he made sure to get me in that day. And he had the inspection done before noon! I felt the amount he charged for the inspection was completely reasonable for the peace of mind. Luckily, he gave the car clean bill of health. Mark and Autoworks Colorado has my business going forward. Their shop is also very clean, which I appreciate. Highly recommended.

Mark and team are the most knowledgeable European car experts in the Rockies. Ive had my M3, S4, TT, Porsche all serviced by Autoworks CO. I once brought my M3 and it was carbon deposit on the pressure sensor. The dealer quoted me "another car" whilst Mark just cleaned the sensor and charged me for the exact labor. He won a lifelong customer there. From performance upgrades to periodic maintenance and any critical work, Id recommend Autoworks CO.

Autoworks is THE place to go to get your European Beauty taken care of. I had some challenges with airdonditiong and the gear box on my MB SL 500. I tried 10 shops in Denver area and they all failed. Autoworks had excellent service, very knowledgeable personnel and excellent pricing and turnaround times. I couldnt be happier about how it all turned out. I am heading back for a new checkup soon. You should too.

Mark and company have been trusted mechanics to my A6 for years now. Just finished the complete (and always necessary with Audi) replacement of timing belt, water pump, etc. at a cost MUCH below dealer shop...so not sure where Eric N is getting his $1000 info. The parts alone would easily surpass this number. Anyhow, love these guys and would not trust anyone else to work on my car.

Went here to have the timing belt changed on my A3, as it cost several hundred less than the dealerships. The whole experience was very easy, I dropped the car off before a weekend trip, and received a ride to and from my house on the far north end of the metro area so I didnt need to find alternate transportation while the car was in the shop.
