UPDATE!! just checked the thermostat casing they told me was leaking quite a bit and there isnt a drop of coolant coming out. Cleaned it up and nothing is coming out. So it looks as if I was led on quite trip. Make sure you get a second opinion!! Ive taken my jeep here before, lets start with that, they broke the shifter boot casing and then tried to just glue it back in place which did not hold at all, which they did fix once confronted about. Another thing, they had my entire radiator out as well as my tranny and all this stuff, but some how failed to notice that my water pump was leaking as well as my thermostat casing until I took it back in weeks later to have my spark plugs done. Honestly it seems like they took advantage of someone who doesnt know cars. Now round two, Took our Kia soul in to get the brakes and rotors looked at, they told me everything plus the calipers need to be replaced. Take it to get a second opinion and they say the brakes can last another 10000 miles, the rotors are fine, and the calipers were in good shape. Not sure why I was told it all needed to be replaced when its pretty obvious it didnt. Another note, as the Kia was picked up and my girl was leaving, they told her the brakes could last another year, So obviously again why recommend that. Also found out you all said the calipers were too thin and had to be replaced, which is bull according to the second opinion. Not sure what you guys were trying to do, but our vehicles will not be coming back. Also It seems they were just trying to lure us into paying for things we didnt need to. Makes me wish I had a second shop look at my jeep before I let them do any work.

The work was great and I was treated with respect. My only issue, and why they lost two stars, the person who scheduled my appointment and kept me informed of the progress, talked way too much! Because he talks so much, I felt he was not listening to me. I asked the for the hubcap to be removed, they put it back on. I told him I already knew what was wrong it the check engine light, yet they wanted to charge me another $150 for a diagnostic. He would talk over me. I would try to tell him something and he would just be talking taking away. I dont even know what he was saying half the time. Despite all of that talking, he also never explained what I would be charged. He never informed me if they were charging me to see what was wrong with my vehicle. The work was done very well and for that reason, I would recommend people go there. The customer service is good in that they provided me a loaner car, and when the loaner I was given was having issues, they were willing to put me in a rental for free. All in all, it was a good experience. Just brace yourself for the talker.

We unfortunately had several bad experiences here. Our first few times were great but then it went downhill from there. A door they had fixed had to be redone once and they tried telling us we would have to pay for it because it was another part until we threw a fit, come to find out it was the same part. It is broken again and we refuse to take it back, we know it wont be fixed either way. Even after that we went back hoping it was just a fluke. With an entirely different car they didnt fix the traction control after bringing it in 3 times. Then when we changed our oil our car came back with multiple issues. If a customer is upset you think the mechanic would come out that worked on it but we continously had to deal with the two young woman upfront that didnt even attempt to ask the people in the garage, they just immediately started talking about what they thought had happened. We wont make the mistake of going back, too many bad experiences.

I typically use the Aspen Clinic in N. Colorado Springs, but the last two vehicles I purchased were in Denver. I never buy a vehicle without getting a PPI at Aspen. Why? Because they are so thorough, they have the technology to run checks on all aspects of the vehicle that not all mechanics have. In addition, they are personable and flexible. I found their pricing on parts and labor to be a bit more than some mechanics but less than dealerships. I dont mind paying a bit more for total confidence and peace of mind. PPI cost $120. I had them look at two vehicles and they knocked a few bucks off for my 2nd. I bought this vehicle with confidence because they took the time to walk through every item on their check. Im happy to refer friends to Aspen Auto Clinic because I know they will experience excellence every time.

The worst auto repair shop I have ever been to. I had gotten my truck towed here during after hours to get the truck diagnosed. Later I got a call back and they were trying to charge me $1,120 for a tune up and new coal pack. I looked in the phone book and the first mechanic I called said this should not be more than $400 dollars for a shop to do these few things to a vehicle. I got my truck towed back to my house.... after they charged me $132 dollars JUST for the diagnostic. I performed the tune up and installed coal packs on my drive way which only took about 30 minutes and cost me $70 dollars in parts. However they mis diagnosed the vehicle and it was actually the distributor. Who knows how much they would have charged for that. Very expensive place to go. Wrong diagnostics. Felt that they were being dishonest.

I read some of the reviews for this shop as I was looking for a place to get an oil change near my home. I found the reviews to be right on. I called the shop was greeted in friendly manner and was able to set up an appointment that same day. I showed up for my appointment was greeted by the receptionist (a female) who was very knowledgeable about the services and products offered I explained to her that i use my car a lot and have high mileage on my car she made some recommendations of what i could do. She finished checking me in and i proceeded to the waiting lobby which was very clean. My only concern was the amount of time it took them to get the job done almost 1.5 hr I was under the impression that it would take at the most 30-45 min. other than that friendly staff and the did a well job.

So a few weeks ago we brought my girlfriends car there and when we got it back 4 out of 5 lug nuts were loose on one tire and the tire was ready to come off while I was driving it thought I would give them a second chance with my car for a simple oil change because they seem really nice and apologetic or the tire issue. The next day when I drove my car to work I noticed it was louder than it usually is so when I got home I checked and my air filter box was not latched. They told me I need an air filter but I told them I would do it myself and they could not remember to put my car back to where they found it needless to say we will not be using this shop ever again if they cant get simple oil changes is correct
