New in the area and Internet search provided me with reviews on local auto garages. I saw the great reviews on SD Auto and made arrangements to bring car in for repairs. I must agree wholeheartedly with the reviews in saying that Rob and his team were excellent all around. Rob was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. No waiting for repairs, no waiting for a phone call. He promptly let us know what was wrong and needed in a very clear and descriptive manner along with saving us money. Rob has now gained the business of our entire family and we are so very pleased and relieved to know we have a great mechanic to go to. Kudos to Rob and his team!!!

If you want your car worked on once and only once this is your go-to. They guarantee and stand behind their work. Theyre proud of it, but thats not why Im giving 5 stars. Im giving 5 stars because they saved my car today. I had gotten some work done at another shop and it was shotty, to put it politely. These guys saw I was in trouble and helped me get on the road again. You never realize how important the people/resturants/shops you know are untill you really need them. Businesses like this one rely on positive reviews. This is their lively hood just like my car is my lively hood. Thats why Im giving 5 stars. Thanks, Rob and co.

Hands down the most honest guys Ive ever dealt with. My first experience had me hooked! Needed a new muffler system and Midas quoted me almost $700, took it to Silas Deane Auto for a quote and they quoted $300! This was about one year ago and I have been going back ever since. Since then, I have gotten most all of my co workers and my family to go to Silas Deane Auto. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about this place. The staff is so friendly and upfront and honest with you. They go the extra mile that keeps customers loyal. I could go on and on about how great these guys are but you should check it out for yourselves!

I dont often write reviews but would like to give a big thumbs up to Silas Deane Auto. Two days before leaving for a cross country road trip, my vehicle had an unexpected problem. Rob went above and beyond to accommodate me the next day (a Friday) despite having an already full appointment schedule. They quickly diagnosed a driveshaft problem, sourced a part, and had me back on the road the same day. I have always found their staff to be polite, friendly, and honest, and have never had any problems with their work on any of my vehicles. Thanks again to Rob, Shaun, and James. I highly recommend Silas Deane Auto.

Silas Auto is the shop to go to period; I actually drive 2 hours each way from New York City to get my work done there as their professionalism is second to none. I have a Challenger SRT8 13 for which they have pulled and swap the entire suspension system and upgraded to road race track components, complete all fluid change, brake bleed, wheel balancing, suspension tuning, track tuning, tires. I have seen these guys work on cars and this is no joke, they actually know what they are doing. Next for me is a competition K member swap and solid engine mounts. See you sometimes in April 2016 Silas Deane Auto!
