Five stars! My experience with Tunxis Service Center in Unionville, CT has been beyond positive. It’s always a pleasure doing business with the owner Pat, and his technicians. They are uncommonly fair and honest, and take customer service to the next level. The Tunxis team has a passion for cars that’s evident by their knowledge and ability to troubleshoot challenging issues - even on a BMW with 135,000 miles. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them as a place to service your German car.

As soon as you enter Tunxis Service Center its a whole new experience! Pat Grace the owner greeted me as I asked for a second opinion for my car repair. He diagnostically evaluated my car & explained options, then gave me a lead on to a VW catalytic converter Federal warranty program. (my dealorship did NOT mention) Saving me $1000. His station is clean and professional. I feel confident and recommend Pat Grace to anyone who has a BMW AUDI VOLVO OR VW.This place is first Class!

Finding a local mechanic you can trust can be difficult. Pat at Tunxis Service Center is a diamond in the rough and serves his customers with integrity and a smile. Loaners are usually available which is a very convenient service. Weve been going to Tunxis for 6 years and hes kept our familys cars running great from new to well over 150,000 miles. Highly, highly recommended!
