I brought my car in that had an issue with one of the tires. They called back 30minutes late. The tire was junk, bad belt, but they had found a used tire at the shop they had just taken off someone elses car. Gave it to me for free, mounted and balanced, and for less than $20 I drove on that for over a year. Their work always comes in under estimate. Very knowledgable friendly and helpful.

I called Pleasant Street Auto first thing on a frigid Saturday morning with no heat in my pick up. I was able to take my truck in right away where Bo(owner) did what was necessary to get the heat working again. He was very professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the service there and recommend them to anyone in the area in need of auto repair or service.

I started taking my cars and my truck there several months ago. My truck had some extensive brake line work done on it. 5 stars on that one. Purchased 4 studded winter tires for the truck, 5 stars again. Basically, good people doing professional work at a good price. Thats a WIN in my book everyday.

They are amazing, helped me out last minute when my muffler fell off. They were heading out the door at closing, I was on my way to work, they took it right in. I appreciate that so much!! I have stopped in before and they are always nice and helpful. I really appreciate that. Great people

They fixed my vehicle and it came it at the budget. However, it was a day later than was originally communicated and I never got a written estimate as I requested. I also had a few small tools I left in my truck while it was being serviced that were not there when I picked it up.
