First time bringing my car into the shop for what I believed to be brake issues. Dropped the car off, got a call later on that day from Victoria saying the car checked out fine and it was ready to be picked up. Came in the next day and both Bob and Victoria explained again that no issues were found in the brake system. First of all I greatly appreciate their prompt service and honesty. Some other shop could have easily charged me a couple of hundred dollars over a nonexistent issue. Bob and his team were honest and reliable. I will be returning with all my vehicles to them. Thanks again.

We started going there upon a recommendation from a friend who had been referred by another friend. Weve been very happy with them. They know their stuff and arent going to cheat you. I had a friend take his car in with what he thought (and told them he thought) was a major problem. $60 later he was out the door with the problem solved. A shop that wont "fix" what doesnt really need fixed is worth its weight in gold. Highly recommended.

terrible service..got taken for a ride twice...they claim they changed 4 brakes, and 1 year later my brakes are to be change again ...drove my vehicle no more than 10 thousand miles.. mazda confirmed that brakes were not change as i was told. i was also charge for a tune up that i never requested, i have asked for an oil change...stay away from that place specially if you are a women...glad i never change the tires there...

Absolutely great experience. Honest, friendly, very quick. Did for $500 in 1.5 hours what another shop told me was going to be $800 and 4 hours. Also told me another 2 hours and $400 of "necessary" repairs quoted at the other shop were not needed (despite me telling them I thought it was going to be needed). Saved me $700 and 4.5 hours of my time. They have my business as long as I stay in this area.

Brought my tiptronic audi a4 in to have an aftermarket exhaust installed. This was a very difficult job to do on my own and after spending 8 hours attempting it myself I gave up. Bob was able to handle it without issue and for a very fair price. I was skeptical about bringing my car to a chain shop like this but Bob was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Will definitely be coming back.

Bob and his staff of mechanics are top-notch people. I never have to worry that I am being cheated there. Completely honest and fair, quick too. I bring my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle there for service. Will not go anywhere else. Technicians like these are hard to find. Friendly service and fair priced. They even plugged a couple flats I had for free! You won’t be disappointed.

Ive taken my car to Meineke in Branford twice, and each time the service has been phenomenal. Theyre friendly, professional, and quick! Brought my car in at 2 oclock on a Saturday -- without appointment -- and they had the alternator replaced by the end of the day despite being very, very busy. Ive been very satisfied with their work and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

They gave me a straight forward estimate with a reasonable pricing and the gentleman at the counter is very professional so I am getting my brakes done here and I will be back next time I need to service my truck. Its nice to finally find a local place that I can rely on.
