The worst place !! Do not go there, buy the tires there, the car began to show that something was happening with the tires, also needed a oil change and screw up the metal that is under the car, the last time I went they left it badly, I went and they put me to wait 2 hours, when they gave it to me they had not done anything at all, they told me that the tires were good, that the car has a bad sensor and to know that I had to pay 60 dollars, I did not, I went to ride the car and they had not put the metal that they left hanging last time, nor put the paper in the windshield where it says the date of the next oil change. I let it pass and the next day I went to two other places to check the sensors, and it turns out that the sensors are OK, what happens is that they did not do anything or check the tires that i bought there and they also did not change the oil but they charged me for that, they are thieves, THEY ARE A SCAMMER !!! The worst of all is that they made me waste my time and money and they wanted to make me pay 60 dollars more to check something that is good. DO NOT GO THERE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!! DO NOT DO ANYTHING CHARGE TO PUT IT TO WAIT !!

What a terrible terrible place. I highly recommend going elsewhere for anything you need done to your vehicle. They dont do what you ask them to, and if you cant get there when they are open because you work and cant get off, they will leave your car outside but keep your keys. What kind of sense does that make? This place operates backwards and should not be gone to for any reason. Lets hope my tire alignment holds up because my tires were chewed up pretty bad and they didnt even say anything about that!

I visited for an oil change. The tech was friendly, and they added a discount coupon for the service before I could even ask, which was nice. The service was done in the timeframe quoted and they didnt sell hard on the suggested maintenance items. Coming from a dealership (who forgot to put the oil cap back on the car and then blamed us when we returned) my expectations were low, and met easily.

Ran over some glass at 6pm and my tire was going flat and there was no possible way I was going to make it home on the tire. Stopped into the location and they got me in no questions asked even though they closed in less then 30 minutes. Chris was a huge help and provided me 5 star service and helped get me home safely! Thanks again to Chris and the Riverhead Firestone staff !

Do not go there!!!!!!!!!! Went there for an oil change. They messed up tire pressure,got battery clamp loose!!! It was a miracle we did not get in an accident!!! Stay away from that place!!!

Great service. Busy shop so if you dont book an appointment days in advance just know you may be waiting a little while. Theu do go out of their way totake care of everyone though.
