Just a horrible service not to mention the employees cop an attitude when they have costumers who feel mistreated. Since when is offering new costumers good deals a better idea then treating your current costumers good? If this wasnt the only option in my area I wouldnt even consider them as a option. As it stands now Ive cancelled and Ill try to stay strong with no internet or cable and hope a better provider comes to this area. If you have other options do not use spectrum.

Worse ever. Bright house had amazing customer service. You call up these people and they are rude and couldnt careless about helping you. They jacked our prices up took channels away, and half the time the boxes freeze. Cable is on its way out anyways, I guess theyre trying to get as much money as possible before Netflix and Amazon Prime etc. push them out of the market.

Since spectrum took over Bright house my bill went up, and service went down. Back in March Spectrum raised my monthly bill $60 while slowing my internet down from 150mbps to 60mbps(spectrum does not offer 150mbps in my area). I cancelled tv, and upped my internet speed to 300mbps. My average speed is 30mbps, so Im sick of it. Cancelled it all together.

Have Spectrum 3 x and still having problems..This is what happens when you dont have choices. Big business sucks! Capitalize on regular hard working families. As soon as possible I will rid of the lousy service and greedy greedy company. they only want to serve the wealthy that dont have to pay attention to their monthly bills..To hell with Spectrum!

Since Spectrum has reolaced Brighthouse, the service price was raised and interruptions have increased, internet is sloeer and they havr the worst customer service Ive seen, they have broken the only cable service in the area, I personally switched to a slower service because they will never get another dime of my money.

Waited for about 30 mins and still not even open. I know things happen but with all the ways to communicate these days it shouldnt be that difficult to inform the customer. Inconsiderate and a waste of time!!! Wouldnt recommend spectrum to anyone.

Needs more employees. Waiting just to pay 30/60 minutes when in line. They treat you Well and with Patience. Suggesting that only one clerk should just do payments. The others do their job fixing accounts. Thank you Peace

Complex phone system took 7 mins to get through Billing clerk very helpful and polite Spectrum though seems to have a complicated system with no internal communication Difficult for seasonal resident to deal with

After being lied to by the Spectrum Techs several time we shut off the TV DVR and phone service. We recommending to all 245 units at Casa Del Sol and other users to do the same when over charged and lied to!
