Have to write a review for this company. All the complaints are true - their customer support is awful and you will wait a MINIMUM of 30 minutes to get anyone on the phone. The worst part: we pay for speeds up to 120mbps and get speeds under 20mbps. They send out a tech that plays with a few wires and "magically" goes up to 100+mbps. Then within a week, back down under 20mbps. This has happened MULTIPLE times. They made me use THEIR modem for $20/mo extra and it STILL happened!!! IMO, this company is being dishonest, cheating and stealing from their customers. Completely unethical and frankly should be penalized. DO NOT go with this company if you want to get what you pay for.

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE, I have this company for 2+ years the community where I live offers "free cable" So i of course upgraded and have TIVO but if its not my internet down its my TIVO not working, I have been without internet for a week. And they had the nerve to charge me a service fee of course they refunded me because it was not my fault the internet was down. the customer representatives dont really help you at all, and when you want to speak to a supervisor they never call back. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

For two years the Internet has been slower than my phone Internet, everything they came out to check it, they charged me 40 dollars, saying it was my equipment. I purchased new equipment when I signed up. I cancelled my service, not realizing there was a $20 deficit on my account. So, 2 more than later, they have reported me to a debt collections agency without ever calling get me. Now I tether Internet from my phone and have a better connection.

Worst internet ever!!! you cant even close the account till you drop off the stupet boxes they will keep charging you and you cant drop off at ups either and you have to pay to send them, worst ever they make you wait 45 min to cancel the account to tell you that you cant do it so why put that choice in the recording to begin with.

this is the worst company ever, I do not recommend. The costumer service is awful you have to wait for several minutes and most of the time your call is never answered. In addition to this I was with only for one month and they were trying to charge for the next three months.

Worst internet company ever, they start charging me $40 in the first year and in the second year the bill go up to $70 and this was whit the connection going down almost 3 times per week and having to call the costumer service all the time. So yeah this company sucks ASS.

Internet is usually down 1 week per month, when you call to get support they will tell you that a technician has to go to your place, then you have to wait another week for availability. If you are looking for cheap UNRELIABLE service, then this is it!

Internet super slow. I m paying for 60mbps I constantly get less than 20mbps. Customer service is useless. Waiting time waaaaaayyyyyy too long. Now they say if i want a tech to come out is $40 to test the speed...ridiculous
