Unfortunately, I have been with their service off and on for over 20 years. I can only testify to the comments that have already been posted here. The customer service that I have received (or lack thereof ) for years has been less than acceptable. Where do I start? Beginning with the CSRs I have never in my life experienced such disrespectful tones used over the phone. Being in customer service myself this would be grounds for termination. When you get a csr on the phone, rest assured you will be holding for 20 to 30 minutes prior to speaking with someone. If you request an automatic call back you will be waiting for years. I have had several issues many years with the service in general. The internet is CONSTANTLY going out (rain or not) we have had to unplug and replug modem countless times like others. We have one of the fastest speeds and yet we are ALWAYS experiencing lagging or no service for a period of time and no credit is issued for that time. We have been overcharged and not credited amounts to the account several times over the years. As far as the technicians, working previously in this industry the job done is always half ass. The outside box has looked like a snake pit and had to call multiple times to have someone come out and straighten it up. We were told many times we would be charged for a service call if someone had to come out to the premises even if it was an issue outside. So we had to clean up the area on several occasions. Or they dont show up when they say they will. I went as far as sending a very lengthy email to their main supervisor and never received a response. At one point there were credits issued but not without unnecessary arguing and disputes. Their statements online never reflect the actual amount due that is told over the phone. Various charges are added periodically without any notification over the years "Specials" and "promotions" are always pushed but never honored for the actual duration, but then after much debate a new promotion will be issued. I could go one but there is no point. I think it is pretty obvious that some serious changes are needed. Fortunately, we will be switching soon now that there are other providers available to the area. We can only hope that the new service will be much better than what we have received. Please do your research before getting any service. Unfortunately, for many years Advanced Cable has been the only provider to the city of Coral Springs. I am relieved to see that I am not the only who has been experiencing the exact same things I have. I realize 20 years (intermittently) is a long time, but there have been no other options, and it almost feels like they use that to their advantage. I feel I do need to add that there are two very nice people that work there. A woman in the front lobby and a woman with an accent (I dont recall her name) on the phone. Other than that from technical, financial, customer service related issues 1 star is being overly generous. I sincerely hope all this negative feedback you have received will encourage you to really reevaluate the way your company is run and turn it around.

Recently switched to Blue Stream and have been having issues with it since day one. Decided to try it out since they advertised higher speeds than my previous ISP, and at a cheaper price, however, its been completely unreliable. When it works it works and its great, but the problem is it only really works when it comes to download speed, which still has its issues; there are times when Ill have great download speeds, around 130-190ish Mbps, however, the upload is completely lacking with speeds around 3-4 to 8 Mbps on a good day, or second I should say. When attempting to stream and/or upload it becomes highly unstable, making the speed basically 2-0 upload and 12-23 download speed. As of this moment my internet has been out for nearly two hours and has gone out previously for several minutes at a time, ranging from around 5, 30, or 60+ minutes. The customer service isnt bad, but hasnt really been of much help, either. Have called them several times for the past few weeks and have been asked been asked entry level questions youd find from a basic Google search. The last tech that came out was helpful and seemed to know what he was talking about, explaining the issue in depth and telling me theyd send someone to check the problem in a day or two, which left me content and hopeful; however, I received a call the next day asking me if everything was fixed, which wasnt and still hasnt been; they then informed me that there were no available dates that someone else could come out to check the issue. From this experience and previous others it would seem even within the company itself that their branches are disjointed and have issue communicating among themselves. What really drew me to Blue Stream was their upload speeds and, sadly, in my location theyre one of two options available, the other being AT&T, which has several issues of its own. Ive never had such issues with other ISPs before and to be frank its just not acceptable. As of right now I highly suggest against going anywhere near this company and try anything else available. ---- Update, its been more than 24 hours since my router has stopped working so I decided to call and see if anything could be done. Was on hold for nearly thirty minutes and heard myself echo while talking to customer support; they told me nothing could be done except power cycling (unplug and plug back in the power) and that I needed to wait until Wednesday for the technicians to check it out. Have been using my 4G Hotspot in the meantime, which is much more stable that the service Ive been experienced these past few weeks. Will update again if anything comes up.

I will try to do an honest review of the two services I have independently of each other, cable and internet. Neither of which Im very impressed with but the deficiencies of one does not bear much on the other. For cable, Im not overly impressed with their channel lineup. There are several channels that I enjoyed both on satellite and other traditional cable networks that they do not have. They do not have any channels dedicated to NHL or NBA sports, their national league channels or subscription packages. They have a fair amount of HD channels, 54 according to their channel listing, but where other providers are continually adding more new channels I dont think that ACC has added a single one in the past year + that Ive been a subscriber. The other beef I have with the HD channels is that they must be fairly low bitrate for high definition. Im not a techie but when I see my high quality TVs picture break up into square shaped artifacts during scenes of high motion it says to me that the bitrate has been decreased in order to save on bandwidth. For the internet, Im underwhelmed. When it is fast it is fast. But you cannot tell day to day or minute to minute just exactly how fast it is going to be. It is very erratic and spotty. There are other times that the data is just not going through. I click on a link and 5, 10, 15...30 or more seconds later I get part of a page then my browser times out and I have to refresh to maybe get the rest of it. There are frequent pauses and long delays and sometimes that can be very annoying. Especially when sending sensitive data over a secure connection, like when making a purchase. Did it get through? If I hit refresh will I get billed twice? I find out more often than not from the confirmation email that I get on my phones linked email account that a purchase has gone through. Long before I hopefully see something come back on my browser. Over all, Ill agree with Pavlo in a previous review and say that their service is not horrible. But I sure as heck would not peg it anywhere near excellent. Normally I would support a smaller business with hopes that they can succeed but in this case the people of Coral Springs would be better served if Comcast or another provider would be able to take over the territory so that the services could be modernized and improved. Advanced Cable Communications service is very expensive for what it is and their prices keep on going up. Almost monthly, it seems. 2 out of 5 stars. Wish it could be better but they are far from an excellent rating.
